To say I was nervous was an understatement. I was getting my clothes on and soon a member of McLaren would be here to pick both Nadine and I up. I buttoned my trousers after I pulled on a white ruffled tank top. From the way it was described, my outfit could make or break me. I was a bit nervous to be down in the paddock with cameras and fans and what not but I was thankful that someone would be with us to guide us as both Nadine and I were unfamiliar.

"Hey, Nads, you ready?" I ask as we were instructed to meet Amy, the McLaren employee who'd be by our side, down in the hotel lobby.

"Yeah." She comes around the corner. We look ourselves in the mirror one final time before heading down.

As we arrive in the paddock, we see all kinds of people rushing around. "Okay, so I'm going to take you over to McLaren hospitality and you can come and go as you please. The cars aren't due out on track for another hour. 20 till, we'll head over to the garage and get you a couple headsets to listen in on." Amy smiles as up letting us know we could grab some lunch if we were hungry. We both select a salad and make our way outside. It was a nice day, almost perfect weather.

"I've got a could things I need to take care of, come and go as you please like I mentioned earlier, just be sure to meet me back here 20 till. I've let someone know to grab lando and let him know you're here." Amy says before wandering off.

"Well I suppose after this do you want to do a lap, get to see more of this place?" My best friend questions and I tilt my head to the side in a why not kind of way. My attention is turned when I hear a few yells of Lando's name. He walks briskly, smiling as phone cameras are stuck in his face. He doesn't stop though. Once in McLaren hospitality, fans stop but they don't leave.

"Hey, love. How are you?" Lando asks strolling over, leaning down to kiss my cheek. I hear whispers and gasps behind us but I may not mind to it. He steps around my seat to greet Nadine in a side hug as well before moving back around to sit next to me.

"Wonderful, Amy's been great." I nod and he send a reassuring nod. "How are you feeling?" I ask looking him up and down in his race suit briefly.

"Good, yeah. I'm ready to go." He says rubbing his hands together. He looked relaxed which was good. "You look beautiful by the way." He squeezes my hand. "You both do. Thanks for coming Nadine." He nods in her direction. We continue like that. Lando sat with us for another 15 minutes before he had to head to the garage. Nadine and I waiting as the fans ran behind Lando hoping to get a picture. After they were gone, we took a stroll through the paddock.

I saw Carlos walking towards me with an intent look on his features. I doubt he even recognized me. He had a tall woman with striking blue eyes walking next to him. She looked to me and sent a small smile and nod. Did she recognize me or was she just being polite. I imagine it was Carlos' girlfriend, Lando had mentioned that he wasn't single.

There were plenty of sights in the paddock and it was filled with cameras. "What do you think of all this?" Nadine asked from my side.

"It's interesting. Lots of rich people who clearly don't know what to do with their money." I joke, if it wasn't for Lando, Nadine and I wouldn't be back here, that was for sure. She chuckle at my comment as we made our way back to McLaren hospitality.
