Unpredictable Connection

21. Starting

At the party:

Richie: Freen come with me, my sister is there lemme Introduce you guys.

Freen: Okay. But why she is keeping a poked face?

Richie: She is like that. But hope she will be your friend soon

Freen: Richie, she can't be my friend. Look at her she is..

Richie: Almost 4 or 5 years younger than you.

Freen: we can be sisters

Richie: I was thinking of shipping you two when you guys will grow up enough. *Laugh*

Freen: Not funny bro. Let's go.

Richie: Reb, see this is my new friend Freen.

Rebecca stared at freen for some moments which made Freen smile in nervousness, but she never knew what that younger girl was thinking.

Me: Richie, are you sure your sister is interested in meeting us?

Richie: Sure.

Me: "She is reading a book here also? I'm not interested in meeting her. Sorry. Freen, I'm excusing myself."

I excused myself from there but still could hear them..

Freen: "Hey kid, My.."

Rebecca: "Rebecca, my name. Call me that."

Freen felt awkward but still managed to smile. But this made Richie angry.

Richie: "You must know how to behave with your brother's friends. Let's go Freen"

Freen was speechless at the interaction of siblings and just nodded when Richie grabbed her hand and went away. Rebecca was hurt because her brother behaved like that for someone whom he just met.

Freen: "Is something bothering her?"

Richie: Her best friend lied to her and gave her handmade notes to some of her friends. Which Reb gave her and forbade her to give it to anyone else. Even she bullied her with others.

Freen: "Such a poor soul"

Richie: "Not actually. You will know soon as now we are neighbors." *Smiled at freen*

Fast forward:

Freen: "Hey kid, I mean Rebecca. How are you?"

Rebbecca: "Fine"

Freen met Rebecca out of her house and tried to have a chit chat with the younger girl but the girl was not even a bit interested.

"Her nature is like this or that incident made her like this?" Freen whispered to me and I was just done with this girl who is interested in such a fucking arrogant girl like Rebecca or I can say, Becky.

Me: "Let's go inside."

Freen: "Phi, You have taken my room you know that?"

Me: " Yes, I'm your other phi. Now shut up and let's go inside"

That day I saw Becky but as it was dark and I was not interested to I didn't pay any heed to them that much.

At Freen's school:

"You know what phi this dish is my favourite."

"I know nong. Now tell me how was your class test of that one heck subject?"

"Phi, that was good."

"Great to know this good news."

"Hey phi, Look Rebecca."

"Geez, you know na that she is not interested in talking to you?"

"She is getting bullied"

"What?"

I turned back and saw some girls had poured some drinks into the head of a girl. It was hard to recognize that girl's face

"Are you sure?"

"Phi, Saving her is important. Shall we?"

"NO need to ask nong," I said with a smirk on my face and just went to that girl who was Becky according to Freen.

"So, what are you kids doing here?"

"P'fa.. we.. We.." One of the girls was stuttering

"We were just doing some pranks with this new girl." Another girl cut her.

"Well, you guys don't even know how to lie properly.. Don't even try to lie next time, or"

"Sorry P'Freen"

"Never try to do this with any other girl," I told them. As Freen and I, were well-known in school too so they took our words seriously.

"Hey, This is my nong." *Freen put her hand on Beky's shoulder and looked at those girls with her poked face* I was damn shocked by all that

"Anyone will try to bully her or make her cry, that person has to face me," Freen said with her most serious face 

She looked at me and signaled.

"Yes, She is in our gang and she is our Nong."

"We are sorry, Rebecca."

Becky didn't utter a single word. Freen took her to the bathroom when I was outside. Idk what they talked about. After coming back Rebecca just went away without a single thanks. Such a rude girl she is. Shame on her.
