Erika was in hell and it was her birthday. "So you just slept on his bed, nothing even PG!?" Summer shrieked "Yes Summer, for the last time." Erika dryly replied. "Rik!that's so not like you" Summer laughed "i'm leaving, i'm picking up Ris" Erika said, leaving her sisters room.

Parking her car in front of Marissa's house, she noticed Ryan standing outside. "Breaking into a doll house?" Erika shouted, getting out of her car "You're hilarious" Ryan laughed sarcastically. Walking over the blonde "it is one of my best qualities." Erika quipped back "Ok grumpy, if you're not breaking into Barbie's doll house...what are you doing?" She asked, crossing her arms over her chest.

Seth came running down his driveway skateboard in hand. "Woah! Hey Erika" Seth cleared his throat "where's Summer? He said looking around "at our party I'm picking up rissa" Erika shrugged "oh yeah! thanks for the invite" Seth scoffed "Happy birthday" he then winced "you wanna come to my party?" Erika's eyebrows raised "is Darth Vader Luke's father?" Seth scoffed.

Erika pressed her lips firmly together and offered another lame shrug "I've never seen star-trek?" She said confused "Oh my god. Just- the answer is yes and I was referencing Star Wars!" Seth exclaimed.

Ryan stepped closer to Erika "it's your birthday?" He questioned "Uhhuh" Erika nodded, somewhat taken aback "Happy birthday" Ryan smiled, his eyes softening "thank you, so what are you guys doing?" Erika smiled.

Ryan debated on telling her for a minute "your party is waiting princess better get going" he challenged, nodded his head towards Marissa approaching the trio.

Erika, never knowing when to back down, turned "Hey Ris, we're taking a detour" She told her, spinning around and tossing her keys to Ryan "you're driving broody." She stalked towards the passenger side.

Now In Erika's small car Marissa was cramped in the back with Seth "where are we going?" She questioned "seeing as no one invited you. It's none of your business." Seth responded "seeing as it's my car my birthday and if it weren't for me, you would be biking here. Where are we going?"Erika turned in her seat "behave. we're here" Ryan interrupted.

Erika and Marissa shared a look before exiting "this is so not Barbie's dreamhouse" she joked "yeah looks scary" Marissa agreed "then don't come in" Seth shrugged.

Walking through the house Erika looked over to Seth "you want him to stay here?" She asks incredulously "beats a group home and look at the best part" Seth leads them to an empty pool.

Erika grabs the food they made Ryan stop for from Marissa and sits down on the edge of the pool.

While Seth is skateboarding by the pool and Marissa is on the phone with Luke "you think your moms gonna come back?" Erika asked unsurely "I don't know mine is a train wreck" Ryan huffed "Hey mine too!" Erika laughed "Yeah? What's wrong with yours?" he asked intrigued "Wouldn't know i haven't seen her since i was thirteen" Erika smiled, sadly "what about your dad? Can you call him?" she suggested "Dad's in jail. Armed robbery. Impressive, huh?" Ryan told her "I'm sorry" Erika nudged him with her elbow, holding out the fries.

Marissa came back after finishing her phone call "How's Luke?" Erika asked "wondering why we were missing the party" Marissa sat beside her "How long have you been with Luke?" Ryan asked curiously "I know. Fifth grade. When you two got your Mack on during our class trip to the Museum of Tolerance. Back of the bus. Classy lady" Seth chimed in.

Marissa shot her fry at him. "You know what? What's your problem, Cohen? I mean what did I ever do to you?" Marissa asked angrily "Nothing, Marissa. I've lived next door to you forever and you've never done or said anything to me." Seth snapped "Let's get out of here" Ryan whispered to Erika "Scandalous" Erika teased.

Erika's phone ringing interrupted them leaving "Hey Summer" She said answering her phone "Where are you? And where is Coop?" Summer questioned "We took a little detour, we'll be there soon" Erika told her "is that summer?" Seth asked racing over, Erika nodded "tell her I said happy birthday" Seth smiled "hey sum? Seth Cohen says happy birthday" Erika told her twin "Oh um thanks?" Summer laughed "get your ass to our party" Summer said before hanging up.

Seth was grinning ear to ear "we'll meet here tomorrow deal?" Marissa nodded "ya we'll fix it up" Erike waved goodbye to Ryan before getting into her car.

Erika wasn't enjoying her and summer's party. She couldn't stop thinking about Ryan alone in the creepy house, so she snuck out of the party, went to the store and grabbed a few pillows, water bottles, blankets and some food. Then she drove back to the house.

Pulling back into the unfinished house, erika locked her car, grabbed all the stuff she bought and crept into the house "Ryan!" she yelled "what are you doing here?" Ryan smiles "I thought I would bring you some things" she shrugged smiling.

Ryan paused looking bewildered "you drove all the way back here?...What about your party?" he took the bags from her hands "i didn't want you to be all alone" Erika frowned "You left your party?for me?" Ryan smirked, "I guess I did" Erika smiled at him.
