Erika had called Summer after Ryan and Luke were arrested, Summer decided the other two girls were not going to mope around and wait for Luke and Ryan to get out. They were going to watch "Almost Famous", eat bad foods and paint their nails.

In the morning the three girls were trying on clothes when they heard a knock at Marissa's bedroom door, the door then opened as summer was taking off her shirt. "Oh sorry" Jimmy muttered, awkwardly walking away leaving Seth standing there dumbfounded. "Uh...Hi, Summer. Um, um...I'm Seth Cohen. I live...I live right next door" he stammered.

Marissa walked over and closed the door slightly, blocking Seth's view of summer in her bra. "What's up?" She whispered "I...what? Yes, what is up. Uh...I'm going to visit Ryan. I thought, you know, maybe you and Erika would like to come. I'm sure he'd love to see you guys." Seth said. "Uh, what's that, Seth? Did you say you need a ride to a Star Wars convention?" Marissa asked, stepping outside the door.

Erika and Summer shared a glance before summer spoke "so...you gonna go see Ryan in jail?" questioned wiggling her brows ''or are you afraid he's into dudes now?" she teased. Erika flopped back onto Marissa's bed "Oh shut up!" Erika exclaimed, throwing a pillow at Summer.

Marissa entered back into the room, "Hey E? Do you want to go and see Ryan?" She questioned hesitantly. "Oh um, ya when?" Erika shot up, Seth burst into the room "Move ass, Lets go. Hi Summer" Seth grinned and waved "Um Hi?" Summer replied before handing her sister a hoodie "For prison, Be safe." She said worriedly "I'll see you bye Sum, Ris" Erika said buy to them before leaving.

While in the car Erika threw the dark hoodie over her tank top.

When signing in Erika tried to see Ryan through the glass, Walking into the room Ryan was sitting at the table and Erika and Seth joined him while Kirsten chose to stand. "Hey what happened to your neck?" Seth asked, motioning for Erika to look "Are you okay?" Erika leaned forward to get a better look. "Im okay'' He reassured her "So, I'm sorry the plan didn't work. I thought I had it figured out. Thought you were safe." Seth apologised disappointed.

A man sitting at a table behind them spoke up "Hey, what's the matter, huh? Give me a smile gorgeous" He then winked at Erika "charming" She whispered to Seth "Rissa was going to come but she didn't want to get into it with Luke but she sends her love" Erika explained, whatever Ryan was going to say was cut off by the man again "You got a nice swerve on you, lady. You fine." he spoke then looked at Kirsten "You too lady" he grinned, Erika watched as Ryan's whole body tensed up and his eyes darkened.

Ryan, not looking back, replied "Hey, leave them alone man." The man then stood from his spot "You jokin'. This your little honey?" he gestured to Erika moving closer and closer towards her "Come here, bitch. I want to get a good look at you." He spat at her, Ryan stood up, completely blocking Erika's view of the man.

Kirsten who was silent the whole time spoke up "Seth, Erika lets go. Now" she reached forward grabbing both their hands "uh, guards" seth spoke "with you i'll only need like two minutes" The man laughed trying to look around ryan at erika "That's not something to be proud of" Erika mumbled "Leave her alone, i won't say it again" Ryan spat, his jaw clenching "What you going to do about it, man?" The guy taunted "Seth, Erika now!" Kirsten rushed them. Ryan shoved the man straight into the window and threw a punch towards the man.

Then the man punched Ryan and he fell towards the ground. The man jumped on him and kept hitting him "Hey asshole!" Erika attempted to yell but Seth covered her mouth with his hand. Two guards pulled the man off Ryan and another guard pulled Ryan out of the room.

Kirsten ended up signing Ryan out of prison and drove the three teenagers back to the Cohens house.

When they got there Seth demanded that they play video games "I don't get the point of this game" Erika muttered from beside Ryan who was teaching her to play "Just watch me play, you'll get the hang of it" Ryan mumbled scooching closer to her "Whatever you say broody." Erika hummed "Broody, bad boy Ken whats next" Ryan smirked at her "i'll write you a list" she grinned.

Sandy Cohen walked into the room "Seth...what did we say? No video games." he said, pausing looking at Ryan and Erika "Oh" He mumbled turning to talk to Kirtsen in the kitchen.

Erika stood, "I gotta get going, so I'll see you guys later." she told them, waving goodbye.
