Erika woke to someone's chest pressed into her back, blinking lazily she realised ryan was asleep and had wrapped his arms securely around her waist so even if she wanted to move she couldn't.
Erika laid there for at least 30 minutes, before Ryan woke up. "Oh hey" He said letting go of her "Hey, Marissa wanted me to tell you she and Seth are on their way" Erika yawned "alright" Ryan stood.
After Ryan went through everything Marissa and Seth brought they came to the conclusion that they had to get food because the food Erika brought wasn't good enough.
Ryan and Seth took the bike and skateboard and Marissa and Erika drove Erikas car with all the windows down and music on full blast.
After being seated at the restaurant and getting their food they had to come up with a plan "Say, guys, I've been thinking about a plan" Ryan said after chewing his pancake. "You know, uh, right now this could very well be the first stop on our pancake tour of North America." Seth suggested "Hey, like in "On the Road"? That's my favourite book." Marissa told him "Mine, too." Seth grumbled suspiciously, "So here's the deal. My mom had this boyfriend. He hired me to work construction last summer. But then they broke up... he moved away... to Austin" Ryan elaborated "In Texas?" Marissa wondered "No Austin, Colorado!" after being met with silence Erika mumbled "Sorry i was getting FOMO"
Ryan grinned at her "Said if I was ever out there look him up, so." he trailed off "Well, I mean, well that's ... really kind of far. We were thinking like Long Beach or something so we could all hang out." Seth said sadly "I'll need to get a couple days of work so I can get a little bit of travel money." Ryan nodded to himself "I can get you money, how much do you need?" Erika asked, looking at the blonde.
Ryan was interrupted by Luke and his water-polo friends walking in "Oh shit" Erika mumbled, looking towards Marissa the two seemed to communicate with their eyes before Erika broke eye contact "Go out the back" She told them, her and Marissa standing up and walking over to Luke.
Walking over to the table Erika loudly squealed "OMG what are you guys doing here!!" she laughed. Luke smiled at her, wrapping his arm around her shoulder "hey" he whispered to her kissing her cheek.
Erika noticed the boys walking towards the front and of course Seth Cohen had to bump into a busboy causing Luke to look up. "Hi, hey guys, how are you guys doing? Do you like the food here too? Pretty awesome." Seth rambled "Shut up queer!" Luke shouted, Erika rolled her eyes "seriously" she whispered to Marissa.
Seth looked at Erika then Ryan and smiled "Well, at least I don't shave my chest." Seth mumbled "What'd you say?" Luke said, getting into his face, "Luke, come on." Marissa also said getting up "I just say you look nice in a sweater vest. It was a compliment." Seth tried to cover up his mistake. "Do you want me to break you, Cohen?" Luke threatened, Ryan having enough got between them "Hey" he warned "No way. Look who's back. You know, you're a little far from eight miles." Luke said, yanking off Ryan's hood "Enough Luke." Erika said standing up. "What're you like spokesperson for geeks of America or something?" Luke laughed at his own joke "God whoever you are paying to write your jokes needs to be fired." Erika spat.
Ryan didn't like the way Luke was looking at her "You know what I like about rich kids?" Ryan said, punching Luke in the face so hard he went into the table "Nothing." Then he and Seth took off running.
Erika pulled into the house's driveway "I gotta get home...Tell Ryan and Seth I said bye" Erika told her "Okay Bye E" Marissa said watching her drive off.
Holly was throwing a party and surprisingly Erika wasn't feeling up to it.
After getting a call from Marissa, Erika drove over and saw cops everywhere. Soon enough Lukes truck pulls up and Luke and Ryan? Get out "Ryan?" Erika called stepping forwards "Im sorry" Ryan spoke, before walking over to the cops and putting his hands behind his back. " It was an accident." Luke rushed forward "Yeah, you were there?" The officer asked Luke nodded "Then we got some questions for you too." The officer said cuffing Luke as well "Officer, I'm Mr. Atwood's attorney. Please don't ask him any questions unless I'm present. Ryan... keep your mouth shut. You too" Sandy told them.
Erika watched Ryan drive off in the police car.
