After helping Summer find the right dress the two girls went to the rehearsal "I feel stupid" Erika grumbled "come on" Summer laughed. The Twin's walked over to Marissa who then led them over to Ryan and seth. "Hey guys. So, can I introduce you to your debs?" Marissa smiled, towards the two boys "We've already met" Summer smiled at Seth "Oh, Summer actually Seth's been promised to somebody else" Marissa winced, "Who's pathetic enough not to have a date the day before Cotillion?" Summer asked "Sum we are" Erika mumbled "Coop I swear if you messed up my plan" Summer started.
Marissa wisely cut her off "Ryan you will be escorting Rik" She smiled looking at the two "So wait...who's my escort" Summer questioned "Um-Seth you're with Anna over there she just moved here from Pittsburg" Marissa pointed to a girl with blonde pixie cut. "Oh kay" Seth glanced at summer before making his way to Anna.
Then Marissa grabbed Summer's hand and led her over to Nathan, Luke's friend. "Unbelievable" Erika shook her head "You don't like that guy?" Ryan questioned "I don't like any of Luke's friends." Erika grimaced.
Looking over at Ryan she noticed her looked nervous "are you nervous" she teased poking his cheek "I'm not that good of a dancer" He winced sending her a sheepish smile "Its ok i'll teach you" Erika gigged "so i place my hand on your left shoulder and you place your hand on my back." Erika instructed, Ryan hesitantly placed his hand in the middle of her back "Lower" Erika mumbled and Ryan dropped his hand just above her hip "Good" She nodded.
Luke walks over and stops in front of them "Nervous Chino, first time touching a girl?" He mocked Erikas whole body warmed "Shut the hell up Luke and go dance with Marissa" She spat, watching him scoff and walk away.
Erika frowned before turning back towards Ryan "I'm sorry about him" She winced "Not your fault" Ryan smiled to reassure her "He's just paranoid that Marissa likes you'' she laughed as the music began to play and Erika showed him the steps.
After three hours of dancing Erika and Summer were walking out with Ryan and Seth when Summer paused "Hey Rik...why don't we invite them to the cookout tonight?" She suggested "Yeah Holly is throwing a cookout tonight you guys should stop by." Erika told them "Were in" Seth spoke for the two of them "all right we'll see you tonight" Erika waved.
Unfortunately Erika got food poisoning she wasn't able to attend the annual cookout which she didn't mind but she wasnt a fan of puking her guts out.
Hearing a knock on her bathroom door, Erika wiped her mouth and dragged herself over to the door and opened it. "Oh my god" She gasped seeing ryan at the door "Well that's not how i'm usually greeted" he laughed, then held up a bag full of things "Summer was worried about you and sent me to check up on you" he explained "Oh..you didn't have to do that really, i'm like super gross right now" She laughed "ah other than the Cohens and sometimes Marissa you're the only person here whos been nice to me, i didn't want you to be alone" He smiled then reached into the bag and pulling out gatorade "red?" she smiled "I didnt know which kind you like" He shrugged "Red's my favourite" She laughed, then gasped covering her mouth with her hand, slamming the bathroom door with the other.
She collapsed back in front of the toilet and gagged, Ryan opened the door back up and held her hair away from her face "you don't have to do this it's pretty gross" Erika weakly said "sounds like you got nothing left to throw up'' Ryan teased rubbing her back, before grabbing the empty garbage pail from beside the sink, walking into her room and placing it on her dresser.
Then he entered the bathroom again, he lent down and picked Erika up "what are you doing?" she asked closing her eyes tiredly "Carrying you to your bed" he mumbled placing her down gently "thank you" she smiled, watching him also place the gatorade next to her and pulled up a chair from her desk. "You wanna watch a movie with me?" she questioned softly, moving over to make room for Ryan on her bed "Yea sure" he said, getting on her bed "You ever see bring it on?" erika asked "Uh No?'' Ryan laughed, "We're watching it...only if you want to!" she cleared up "good with me" Ryan smiled at her.
