Double Trouble- Re-written.

Prologue

-Over a million years ago-

Hydie ran, knowing her and her brother had to try and get somewhere safe. There were blasts happening behind them from someone trying to shoot at them. She glanced over at her brother, who was carrying a small box with what they were trying to guard inside it. Hydie stumbled, almost tripping over a rock. She groaned to herself as she kept her balance.
"Be careful." Her brother said, noticing Hydie almost fell.
"I'm trying." Hydie said. "It's kind of hard with all this blasting going on." She said as they continued to run. Her adrenaline was keeping her going, even though the two of them had been running for a while.
"You'll never get your evil hands on this." Her brother shouted to the ones that were chasing them.

After a few minutes of running, the two siblings ducked as some rocks flew past their heads. Hydie looked behind them to see they were being ganged up on.
"We have to get away from here." She said to her brother, who was more focused on running to reply to Hydie this time. Hydie turned her attention back in front of her before being knocked down from the force of a blast that came from behind. Hydie looked to see her brother laying on the ground near her. "Where is it?" She asked after noticing her brother no longer had the box in his hands. He lifted his head from the ground and looked around with his sister.
"There." He said and almost like Hydie could read his mind, the two hurried over to what had fallen out of the box. "They mustn't get it." He said just before his hand and his sister's hand touched what they had been trying to guard.

A blue light engulfed him while a purple light did the same with Hydie.

Author's Note:
- I've posted the first 7 chapters on the Fanfiction website, but thought I would also start posting the story here. 
- The Original Double Trouble story was first made in 2016 before Power Rangers Dino Charge ended. I've wanted to re-write the story for a while since the original story (the first few chapters) made me cringe. So about a week ago I decided to re-write the story knowing what happens in Dino Charge and the seasons after. 

- If there are any questions, theories or comments on this story please leave them below. I look at everything and am always willing to work other ideas into this story. The current chapters I'll be posting throughout the week. Currently I am working on chapter 8. 
- The chapters will be at least 500 words each. Most of them will be over 1k but I'm hoping for longer chapters if people like the story.
