The Gold Wing Pilot, Poe Dameron, blasted outside of the exploding oscillator crippling Star Killer Base, the primordial weapon of the First Order.

"We are out of here!" the pilot praised the surviving X-Wings pilots.

Flying into outer space, Poe Dameron caught sight of the Millennium Falcon flying out, joining the rest of the X-Wing Flight.

Inside of the Millennium Falcon, it was the desert scavenger, Rey, Han Solo's best friend, Chewbacca, as well as Finn, a defected stormtrooper of the First Order formerly known as FN-2187 by serial code. In the Falcon, Finn was knocked unconscious after suffering grievous injuries from his confrontation with Kylo Ren.

Kylo Ren was a Knight of Ren, an apprentice of Supreme Leader Snoke. He was also Ben Solo, the son of Han Solo and Leia Organa. Han Solo was killed on Star Killer, and his mother, Leia, who was leading the resistance against the First Order.

With the Falcon, in his sight, Poe Dameron, "I see them!" He then noted to his droid, BB-8, by unit and serial number, "Report to the general, the Falcon is with us, and that we are heading back!"

BB-8, in the droid pit, chirped a yes in reply.

To this end, Poe Dameron, the X-Wings and the Falcon jumped into lightspeed returning to base.

In the erupting weaponized planet, Star Killer Base, the First Order was on the rampant evacuating itself from the planet with officers and stormtroopers scrambling in multiple directions.

In the command chamber, General Hux of the First Order, rushed forwards and raised his eyes upwards to the giant hologram of the Supreme Leader, Snoke.

Hux informed him, "Supreme Leader, the weapon is crippling, the collapse of the planet has begun."

"Leave at once and bring me, Kylo Ren," Snoke ordered him. Lifting his sinister black-pupil eyes, he thought aloud, "Kylo Ren... it's time to complete his training."

At the shutting of the hologram, Hux immediately followed orders.

In the hangar, the general boarded Kylo Ren's Shuttle with a small group of stormtroopers. Leaving the hangar, a pilot reported to Hux, "I have a location on Kylo Ren."

Angrily at the idea of saving the apprentice of Supreme Leader Snoke who nearly killed him several times, Hux complied with Snoke's wishes and commanded, "Hurry, we must leave the planet with him at once!"

In the snowy forest, Kylo Ren Ben Solo lay on the ground in grievous pain. He was shot on the side by Chewbacca after he had killed his father, Han Solo, and he was cut and stabbed several times by a saber when battling the mysterious girl, Rey, who was a scavenger from Jakku. He was angry, he was beaten, and he was raging with vengeance. An injury on his face, a slash across his head, blistered terribly. He tilted his eyes towards his hand, his cross-saber in his hand. Grasping his cross-saber tightly, he swore he'd see the saber drive the scavenger.

Moments later, Kylo Ren's shuttle landed in the snowy forest. Immediately, General Hux sent stormtroopers outside to retrieve him. Kylo Ren was lifted onto a medical stretcher. Brought back to the shuttle, Hux set his eyes on the Knight of Ren. The Supreme Leader's apprentice looked at him with fury gripping the cross-saber. Across from the stretcher, the apprentice's helm was retrieved. Part of the helm was ruined with a half-side bristled and black, affected by the intense fires.

After retrieving Kylo Ren, the shuttle lifted into the air leaving into outer space in the nick of time, Star Killer Base erupting behind them. The shuttle flew in the silent, space void.
