Thomas's POV
We slowly walked to Paradise, but each step had to be slow. There were planes around looking for us, Janson was that serious, he wouldn't give up and I wasn't either. I stopped walking.
"Hey Thomas, you alright?" Minho asked him.
"We have to go at night, where they wouldn't see us clearly." I said feeling bummed out. I'm not sure why they were following me, yet I'm the only one with the most broken heart out of all, I'm not the strongest, but I'm doing this for everyone.
We rested for the day, and waited till the night time came. I got a bottle of water, and drank up. I sat down on the edge of the hill, thinking if this was all true. Thank god Teresa came and sat down next to me.
"Hey." She said, trying to give a smile, but I could see she was hurt inside.
"Hey." I said, accidentally giving her the biggest smile ever.
"What's going on?" She asked me, like she read my mind. I have to be honest with her, since she knows me too well.
"Everything, we were all fine till Wicked came and destroyed everything." I said, trying to be strong without crying. It felt like I had no tears left, after every one of my friends died.
"Don't worry, you will figure it out, you always do." She said, placing her hands on my shoulder. I couldn't help but look at her blue eyes, her smile was the same.
"As long as we are together." I said, which kind of surprised her, but it was true. She smiled, but I think she thought it was all of us, when I really meant her and I.
