Alam ko na ilang taon na ang nakakalipas pero hindi ko alam kung bakit...hindi ko pa rin siya kayang harapin.

"Something is off..." Rance mumbled lowly. 

Umangat ang isa kong kilay at saka sumimsim, winawaklis ang mapait na pakiramdam at pinanatili ang sarili na pagtuonan ang pansin ang dapat. 

"The target is already here," Shin mumbled lowly.

Kumunot ang noo ko. 

"I checked the CCTV camera near the restaurant. Kanina pa sila naka-park sa gilid..."

Napaayos ako ng upo dahil sa narinig. 

"What do you mean?" I asked, a bit alarmed. 

Narinig ko ang mabilis na pagt-type ni Rance mula sa kabilang linya. He was muttering some curses as if he found out something. 

"Rance?"

"I'm going to call Aziel."

"Bakit? Can you fucking explain?!"

"It was Aziel who invited Andriues Romano here."

"What?!"

Halos mapamura ako ngunit pinilit ko na umakto nang normal lalo na at kahit nasa tagong puwesto ako, ayaw ko pa rin na may nakapansin sa akin. 

"Aziel?" Rance asked lowly as a greeting from that guy serenaded our ears. 

"How was it?" Aziel asked coldly. 

"What are you damn thinking," malamig na balik ko rito. 

"Commander," he sighed. "I'm sorry, but I have to do this to confirm something."

Kumunot ang noo ko. "Alam mo na may misyon tayo rito, Aziel. You don't take risks especially if it's a life that we are risking here. You know how important the Romanos are in our agency and you...brought one of them here?!"

"I'm sorry. It's a gamble. I just took advice from a trainee."

"What?" Nanggagalaiti kong ani. "You're a senior, and you took advice from a trainee? Gago ka ba?"

Huminga nang malalim si Aziel. "I don't know, I was trying to investigate this case and I was with that trainee from London. We found a bit of information but I thought it was just a waste of time to focus on that but he said...there's a possibility that Andrius is just a frontman here. Na hindi siya ang totoong target ng sindikato."
