Poison || Hyunho

4 | Sick

As soon as Minho and Hyunjin arrived back in Seoul, Hyunjin asked to be relieved of his duties early because he had something important to do.

Minho hesitated at first, he knew Hyunjin was going to see that Rin girl he kept mentioning their whole trip, but he had no real reason to say no besides being his boss. It's not like they were seeing each other or anything for him to refuse Hyunjin of seeing someone else. Why was he getting himself so worked up over someone he never met?

"Okay," said Minho, "I'll take you."

"Huh?" Hyunjin looked at his boss confused, "Are you sure?"

Minho nodded and the two got back into Minho's car. Whilst Hyunjin couldn't think of a reason why Minho would be giving him a lift but he was grateful that he could get there faster rather than waiting for a taxi or a bus.

'What's he doing at the hospital?' Minho thought to himself as he pulled up in front of a lesser known medical centre.

"Uh, thanks for the lift," Hyunjin said as he got out of the car, "You don't need to wait up, I'll probably be a while."

Hyunjin shut the door and ran in as Minho watched curiously.

"Hwang, you made it," Jisung smiled and greeted his friend with a tight hug, "How was your journey?"

"Tiring," Hyunjin chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck, "How's she doing?"

"She's doing perfect," Jisung smiled as he walked back into the ward with Hyunjin following him closely behind.

"Jiji, where did you go?" Asked the little girl sat in a SpongeBob T-shirt on her little hospital bed decorated with colourful ribbons. When she looked up and noticed Hyunjin next to Minho she nearly screamed with excitement, "Jinnie's back!"

"Hey, baby, how are you?" Hyunjin smiled brightly as he hugged his little sister right to his chest, "Oh, I've missed you so much. Have you been taking care of Jisung for me?"

Hyerin pulled out of the hug and glared up at her big brother, "Even after abandoning me for so long, you still ask about Jiji first? Are you finally going to get married?"

Hyunjin and Jisung choked.

"Rin-" before Hyunjin could respond to his sister, footsteps approached the room. They all turned around to find a sharply dressed man stood at the doorway. "Minho??" Hyunjin was taken by surprise. Why was he there?"

"Your boss?" Jisung asked in surprise before whispering under his breath, "Damn, he's hot."

It wasn't quiet enough to escape Hyunjin's ear though as Hyunjin pulled a face at his friend.

"What are you doing here?" Hyunjin asked.

"I got curious as to why you were here," said Minho as he walked closer, "Isn't it my right as your boss to know why you suddenly disappear to every now and then?"

"Jinnie, are you cheating on Jiji with this man?" Hyerin asked causing Hyunjin and Jisung to choke again.

"Rin!" Hyunjin scolded, "Sorry, this is my little sister, Hwang Hyerin."

Minho raised an eyebrow and glanced down at the little girl, "So this is Rin, hm?"

He held out a hand to her and said, "It's a pleasure to  finally make your acquaintance."

Hyerin looked at Minho's hand in disgust and then made eye contact with him before hitting him down there whilst saying (with the most serious expression), "Homebreaker."
