It was morning, and Rody barely got any sleep. He was getting ready for work and remembered to meet up Vince at the fountain after work. Rody regretted making that choice he was gonna go anyway.
Rody splashed his face with cold water and changed into some clean clothes. He brushes his teeth and walks around as he looks for his bike. Rody puts his hand up to where his ear used to be. He looks around under his couch cusions and then looks around in a small bin. As he looks around, he slips on something and finds a ribbon to tie on his hair that covers where his ear used to be.
He finishes up brushing his teeth and picks up his bike. As he brings his bike outside and kicks off, the clouds start to clear. The sun rays beam down, and it's getting a bit more sunny.
Rody rides his bike and passes by some people. And then he makes it to the restaurant. He leaves his bike at the bike area and walks into the restaurant.
"Rody! Er. . . You didn't uh meet us at the front yesterday?"
Arlene runs over and asks Rody.
"Oh uh! I. . . Something came up! You see, uh, I remembered that I was supposed to help my mom with something! Yeah!"
Rody made up an excuse, and Arlene nodded.
"Oh. . . Er. Well. . . See you later."
Arlene said and waved as she left.
Rody watched as she walked away, and he sighed.
He went about his day without seeing Vince. Atleast thats a pro.
It was the end of the day now, and he was biking to the Fountain. Once he made it there, he looked around for Vincent and heard someone calling his name. Rody turned around to see Vincent and waved.
