chapter seven,
ur not enough

"hey guys! sorry we're late" (y/n) apologized as they  got to the pool, everyone was already in their swimsuits. there wasn't much people left since the party was over. only people from both teams remained.

"(y/n).." rin came running to her, and grabbed her hand away from aiku's.

"are you okay? what happened?" his hands were now on her shoulders and he leaned over to her height, his eyes digging straight into hers.

"i'm.. fine rin" she replied, startled by his tone. he let out a sigh of relief, releasing his hand on her shoulders along with it.

after that, she changed into her swimsuit. everyone else hear were men which made her a bit uncomfortable. she tried her best to avoid most of them because she didn't want to get in their business. they played multiple games and some took even more shots. they were all actually nicer than she had expected and they made sure she wasn't left out, especially sae, isgai and oliver.

everyone was now out of the hot tub, only (y/n), rin and sae remained.

sae got up, "hold on, i'll be right back. don't go anywhere" he reminded, getting out of the tub before walking back to the building, all soaked in water.

"god i hate that asshole" she scoffed, getting up too since she didn't wanted to be left alone.. with rin. it would have been really awkward.

as she was about to get out, she felt a hand grab her back down. she inhaled a sharp breath when she realized she was seated on rin.. with his arms wrapped around her waist.

"(y/n). you always leave this way... stay with me just this once, will you?" he whispered and she could feel his warm breath on the tip of her ears, his nose lightly sliding down her neck. her body once was ice cold from the water but she could feel it heating up again when she felt his chest pressed against her back.

she sat there unmoving in silence. and each second she didn't answer, he became more and more anxious by what she would reply if she did.. but she was unable to say anything.
