"Finally you have concern for me for once." Lila's sharp voice echoes in my office as I shut the door and locked it.

"No one should come to office." I link the guards close to the bedroom till the passage way.

"So baby what made you-" I immediately head towards her without mercy,gripped her throat and she squirmed around in my grip.

"How dare you toy with my prey." I lean my face in as my wolf surfaces in an instant, my breathing heavy,red orbs glowing at her and canines growing out.

"Even having the audacity to enter in the Alphas room." I growled irritated as fuck.

"I don't understand... Wha..what's nice about that piece of shit! She was in our room,her human armour made my blood boil." She muffles with pure anger.

I grew a claw on my finger and place it on her dry cheek. "How would you feel if you got the scars she has." I grin already confused with my outburst about the concern for that trash girl.

Lila's heart accelerates that I could hear it. I slowly dug my claw in her cheek and she immediately shivered. She growled at me and wanted to raise her hand and claw my face but I gripped her wrist and twisted it,her screams eoches than a howl.

I drop her on the floor and look at her,she was ugly, I don't even know what I was thinking when I saw this fox.

"How dare you!" She cried in pain and anger.

"You say that to your Alpha? I will kill you and the last words will be you begging for mercy but...I'd never kill a woman." I hesitate on the last part which annoyed me.

I face Lila as she picks herself up and she laughs.

"Kill me if you like Ethan but if you have those intentions,you will break the treaty among the Moon Crest pack and the Omega pack as a result not breaking a war you will marry me and only me." She giggles like a crazy lady.

"She is right. One wrong move and we will have a war and mate will be in more danger." Drex says. I stood tall,towering over her.

"Don't make me dig my hand to your heart. I will not marry you either ways. Now get the fuck out of my pack and never return." I told her loud and clear.

"Yoh can't leave me! I'm your mate and your future Luna and I love you Ethan!" She cries out loud as cold as I am I turn away from her and walk to the door.

"Unless..." A thought pops in her.
"...the human is your mate! It's the reason you're acting like a hopeless puppy,you're trying to protect her!" She wasn't lying and I bulge my fists.

"She's not my fucking mate! Get the fuck out of my life,I'm never marrying you! If the war raises I will  gladly fight for it!" I said covering my secret.

"I assure you Ethan, you will pay for this and so is that mate of yours." She threatens me.

"Kill her." Drex suggested. "Mate is ours." I can feel as though I am about to shift. Instead I call two guards to take the bitch away and deliver back to her pack.

Everything was spinning as I placed my hands on my office desk,wracking my hair slowly,knowing what the fuck I have gotten the pack into.

"I know you're stressed but we need to think of a way to convince the Alpha of the omega pack you're already taken." Drex says in my head.

I sigh with the encounter with that bitch.

"Im not fucking concerned about our mate but the pack! This is no time to talk about her." I tell him and of all the times he laughs.

"Did you just say our mate?" I growl and suddenly felt my heart drop.

"Something's wrong."

Then Seth enters room with worry all over his face.

"Forgive me but I heard something collapse in your room, I think it might be the human." He reports.

"Scarlet! Go to her now!" Drex demands and I rush over to my room,opened it and so blood trailing down on the floor to the bathroom, I quickly got there and froze.

"Fuck!" I run over the bathtub and saw a naked girl drowning her head inside the tub full of water. I immediately pull her out of the water into my arms and at this point my heart was in panic.

"Wake the fuck up!" I shake her body but no response. My fingers suddenly place on her cold cheeks and I place myself down with her in arms.

"...Scarlet wake up." I saw her clawed face. It was deeper that I could see her  skull.

"Mate!" Drex whimpering.

If I lose this girl,it will be a burden to my wolf and I will suffer for the rest of my life in mental torture.

So without hesitation,my wolf surfaces and I place my hand on her face and a bright red light appears,within seconds her wounds disappears.

And she slowly opened her eyes and the first thing she gazed...was me.

"You..said my name." She says quietly. And Drex reflexes made me smile a little.

"Isn't that your name?" I asked her and she nods in agreement.

"Those Brown eyes! Those lashes and those lips,she so adorable!" Drex pants happily.

I clear my throat and gave her a cold stare.

"What the hell were you thinking of drowning yourself in the bathtub? I should be the honor of taking your life." I scare her and she shivers.

"I thought..." She paused and turn her head away. I slowly focus on her mind and close my eyes.

"I thought you had the heart of being kind to a human being like me...it's hard to say I'm starting to get comfortable with you and I know you won't hurt me because you care about me...but my mind was confused and I wanted to take my life away."

I open my eyes wide and gazed at her. She thought of me that way?

"Scarlet..." She turned to me.

Her body tenses as I kissed her plumpy lips hard.

Fuck.
