And it got worse. When Levi walked into the meeting room after the attack with all the heroes bandaged up except him.
"WHAT THE HELL LEVI?! WHY'D YOU LET 'EM GO YOU JACKASS!" The British hero Vandel screamed out in rage. "THEY WERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU DAMMIT!!" Vandal screamed with his thick British accent coming through.
Levi couldn't help but snicker as he pronounced his words. He always fumbled with them when he was mad and he was stuttering whilst yelling at Levi.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm sorry I'll catch them next time." Levi responded, waving him off nonchalantly. He didn't understand why everyone was so pressed, it was just one accident. It's not like anyone died.
Suddenly the head of the heroes stood "Levi you've put the heroes in jeopardy and for that I think a suspension would do good to teach you a lesson. You're suspended from the headquarters for 2 weeks. Please gather your belongings and take your leave. We'll contact you when your suspension is up."

Madeline was shocked. The head of heroes told Levi he was on leave. That sucked for her because she was way too broke to be suspended. There was no way they could catch up to the other duo anyway. This is total bullshit, Maddie thought as she and Levi exited the building. All of the other heroes are a bunch of as-
"Are you alright?" Levi asked cutting into her thoughts
"I'm fine." Maddie said
"Liar, I've known you for 4 years, and you think I don't know when you're upset,?" Levi said, "Just tell me what's wrong Mads I can guarantee that it's nothing that bad."
"It's just not fair. Why do you get punished for something you can't control? So what if they got away, we'll catch them!" Madeline exclaimed in an exasperated tone.
Levi chuckled, "You're only saying that because your girlfriend is a villain and you don't wanna arrest her."
Madeline turned red as a tomato. "Not true asshole!"
Levi snorts "yea right. You're acting like you guys didn't sneak off to an alleyway during the fight."
"Well you have a fat crush on Pista,!" Madeline retorted.
Levi turned red, "Liar!"
"Then why are you turning red huh?" Madeline says with a smirk
"Fuck you Mads," Levi says
"Just how Enzo tried to fuck you two days ago!" Madeline retorted.
Levi froze before speaking, "You have 5 seconds to run."
Madeline started sprinting away whilst bursting into laughter."You know I'm right Levi!"
