Chapter 5

After Levi went home, he couldn't rest. Enzo's words haunted him. He just sat waiting for something, anything. A knock, a phone call. Soon enough 9:55 pm rolled around and Levi decided to make his way to the alleyway he "confronted" Enzo in. He was still flustered from the earlier confrontation with Enzo. Levi was lost in his thoughts as he got dressed. So much so that he couldn't hear Madeline calling out to him.

"-i...-vi...Levi. LEVI!" Madeline exclaimed.

Levi jumped and turned around, "Oh hey Mads. Youu need something?" Levi said.

"Yeah I need to know where you're going at 10 pm," Madeline said. "And stop calling me Mads."

Levi grasped for a lie before speaking. "I'm just going on a jog, Mads. I'll be back in 30," He said as he stood up and started walking away.

Madeline mumbled something incoherently and walked off.

10 MINUTES LATER

After running to the alleyway he stood in front of it and saw no one. He waited for a bit before speaking to himself "Might as well go home"

Just then a shadowy figure appeared. And slowly formed into Enzo.

"So you decided to show up, huh?"

Levi stiffened and spoke, "N-no, I mean yes but not to talk to y-"

"Listen no shame, just calm down. No one'll know so relax a bit," Enzo said "You're acting like we almost didn't-"

"Oh, shut up! I don't even like your evil ass!!" Levi exclaimed.

Enzo smirked, "Sure," as he looked at Levi.

"Well come on I know a place we can hang out."

Levi followed Enzo even though he was suspicious of where he was going to be taken. He was taken aback when Enzo gently grabbed his hand.

"Hold on tight," Was the last thing Levi heard before being dragged into a shadow. Everything went dark for a few seconds before he felt something bringing him out. Levi was suddenly inside of an unfamiliar room.

"What the hell," Were the only words Levi could make out as he looked at the room.

The room was dimly lit with arcade machines all over, there were posters of several popular animes and shows scattered around. There was an open computer and a few seats scattered, some recliners and some couches. There were three rooms that branches off of that room but Levi assumed those were just hallways.

"What is this place?" Levi asked looking at Enzo

"This is my 'super secret villain lair," Enzo said sarcastically

Levi rolled his eyes and hid a smirk tugging at his lips. "Well what do the doors lead to?"

"Well wouldn't you like to know," Enzo said suspiciously. "Why should I tell you where they lead?"

Levi paused but then smiled and tilted his head "Cuz I'm cute~," he said in a sing-song voice

Enzo looked down at Levi and rolled his eyes before mumbling "Can't deny that I guess."

Levi looked at him. "You gonna tell me what's behind the doors now?"

Enzo sighed, "Well Clem and I's rooms."

Levi looked around, "Nice."

As Levi looked around Enzo looked at his watch, "It's getting pretty late. It's almost midnight."

Levi's eyes widened "I better go back home then. By-."

"It's dark out and it's late. You can stay here for the night I don't mind," Enzo said as he looked at Levi and shook his head.

"Plus we can do things. Like play games and watch movies. No use in making that long trek home." Enzo said feigning innocence.

Levi thought about it for a second and nodded, "One stay wouldn't hurt if you insist..."

Enzo smirked and started talking, "Well then follow me," he said as he led the way to his room"

Levi followed and Enzo turned on the tv. It was a horror movie.

Levi was sitting on the ground and Enzo on the bed.

"Why're you on the ground?" Enzo asked, confused.

"Well you don't want me in your bed" Levi replied.

"When did I ever say that?" Enzo asked

"Wel-," Levi started trying to defend himself.

"Get your ass up here idiot* Enzo said

Levi smiles and hopped onto the bed next to
Enzo.

Enzo was peacefully watching the movie until he felt something heavy on his shoulder.

He turned his head to see Levi asleep.

Enzo was internally panicking for some reason. He didn't know what to do with Levi. But he wasn't going to move him. Enzo put a blanket over Levi and went back to watching tv.

But then as soon as Enzo calmed down Clem decided to bust into his room.

"Enzo do you have- awwww!" Clem said

"Clem shut up" Enzo said in a whispering tone.

"Wait is that- YOU'RE FUCKING THE HERO!"

Levi bolted awake as soon as he heard Clem scream. "W-what" Levi said, rubbing his eyes.

Enzo turned red. "Clementine Axle. You have five seconds to get the fuck out of my room and out of this godamn house before a hang you upside down off the roof and leave you there for your little girlfriend to find you. Don't forget you're dating-"

Clementine stopped him "Okay, okay jeez... but I have one question for Astra"

She continued, "Was it good?"

"Was what good" Levi asked confusedly

"The dick" Clementine smirked.

Levi and Enzo both turned red as Enzo got up and slammed the door in Clem's face.

"Sorry about her."

"It's fine," Levi said whilst trying to calm himself as his face was still red.

They tried to go back to watching the movie but failed, falling asleep on each other ten minutes later.
