Chapter 14 : The sleepover (again)

Hugo POV

Sophia's parents called us downsatairs probably to show us whatever the surprise was. I started observing Sophia. Watching her more closely. And the more that I watched her the more out of place she looked. Her eyes just didn't shine the way they did. She looked almost broken. We all ran down the stars to see our old friends from RPA !

Guys what are you doing here ! James shouted as he ran to give Zandar and Desmond a hug. " your dad thought we should meet up. It's been so long." He said. I looked to my left and Amber had already started catching up with Hildigard Vivian Cleo and Sophia. Come on guys let's get to the pirate ship.

Everyone had climed to the top apart from Hildi. She was Newley at the top when her skirt caught the edge of the ladder the same way that it had years ago. And for a moment a flash of panic stuck all of the children as the ladder fell to the ground (A/N imagine this all in slow motion XD) "Hildigard" Zandar breathed as she hurled herself up onto the ship with the ladder on the ground "again.. really ?!" James said annoyed. I found it quite amusing. I mean come on it was funny !

Sophia PoV

Out of the corner of my eye I noticed Hugo hide a grin and pull back a laugh. I could tell he found this amusing. And to be honest I did too. Hildigard never fails to make my day.

" come on guys I'm sure it was an accident" Claire said not to sure about why we were mad.
"Yeah the same accident the happened last time." James said.

" we don't have time for this. Let's set up our sleeping bags."

3rd person pov

In the middle section of the boat is where everyone slept because it had the most place. Up a couple of steps to the left is where Sophia and Maddie were sleeping and up a couple steps to the right is were Amber and Claire were sleeping.

The rest of the night they all spend watching movies on the projector squished onto one persons sleeping bag. Making forts telling jokes the usual.

Sophia PoV

Midway through the hunger games movie I got really tired and I think I partially dozed off. Like I was asleep but I could still hear the world arround me. Suddenly I felt 2 strong safe arms pick me up and hold me close and they brought me to where I think was were my sleeping bag was. I could tell it was Hugo. No one else made me feel this safe. He put me down and tucked me in

Hugo pov

She was sleeping on my shoulder and I decided to take her to her bed. The second I let go of her and put her down I felt cold and empty.
"Hugo. Stay." She said. I'm sure I was bright red. Luckily no one was arround to notice. I grabbed a blanket and my sleeping bag and placed it next to hers (with a decent distance dot that James wouldn't absolutely murder me) and I drifted off the sleep.
