𝙄 was about to turn away from the company premises when I saw Jihyok walking out of the gate. I pulled my car near him, "Want a ride old man?" I grinned. "Be happy that I consider you as my little sister," he rolled his eyes while he got in.
"Why were you walking by the way?" "My car had to get serviced; low battery life," he said as a matter-of-fact.
"Sohyeon will be coming today," he checked his phone, "just got out of immigration." "I want to meet her. Got to let her know how her elder brother is slacking in work." "Yah Se Jin-ah!" I laughed.
As we drove through the city, he suddenly stopped me, "Um what?" "Let's go to that cafe," he pointed towards one, "my treat." "Buy me whatever I say," I pulled in near it and we got out. "Yes ma'am," he saluted.
"What are your orders?" the waiter took out his notepad. "One coffee and. . ." I glanced at Jihyok. "Coffee too," he filled in for me. "Your orders will be back soon," he smiled and left.
"When will she be planning to go back?" I stirred the coffee that we got mindlessly. "Currently she doesn't think of it. One of her company's branch has been established here, so she may be overlooking it," he sipped his coffee, "I miss being at peace like this."
"Maybe you should give us more day offs often," I rolled my eyes trying hard not to be sarcastic, "then you'll definitely be at peace."
"I don't know how did I even appoint you as the MD," he sipped his coffee judging me. "Too bad, you are the one who consider me as your little sister," I smiled mockingly.
"Han is definitely enjoying her time. Sapphire is not making headlines anymore," I looked out, "maybe I should've been a lawyer."
"Learn to be grateful with what you have Mrs Se Jin." "Yes Mr Jihyok," I rolled my eyes. "Aw, I'm just joking ya," he ruffled my hair. "Yah! Do you know how long it took me to fix my hair," I complained which only made him laugh more.

"Of course," she hung up and kept it on the table rubbing her hands together. "This is going to be such an entertainment," she laughed like a maniac.

I was in my room writing my diary entry when I got a call. "Yes?" "Se Jin-ah. . ." she sounded worried. "Han, you alright?" "Shouldn't I be the one to ask that?" "Just get to the point," I got uncomfortable. "Check your phone," she hung up.
I opened her text to see a link. Clicking on it, it showed an article which made me regret for even knowing it.
I closed it immediately not wanting to know it further. I called Han again frantically, "Wtf is this Han. . ." "I don't know Se Jin-ah but it seems like the headline has caused such a public reaction towards the company."
I was silent, still trying to adapt to the reality. "C-can't you try to settle it?" "I'm sorry. The word has already been spread throughout the world, it's out of hands right now." "What about Jihyok?" I clutched the phone.
"He's trying to get support from another media agency to publish the truth." "I see. . ." "I'm sorry," she sounded guilty. "Don't be," I chuckled. "Well then, I'll get going. Call me if you need help," she hung up.
I rushed down to the stairs to see Mark, already getting scared of the consequences. I hoped he didn't freak out seeing the news.
