"Alright listen up," All Might's gravelly voice spoke to 1-A catching their attention, "I will be taking over homeroom for now and Present Mic will be taking over English again." The words caused concern to wash over the students, Bakugo immediately looking straight at All Might.

"What happened?" Iida asked raising his hand, the students wanting desperately to know. All Might began to sweat; he wasn't sure he should, but then again Principal Nezu did say he could if the students wanted to know which they do clearly.

All Might took a deep breath before opening his mouth, "Mr Aizawa was attacked last night, he's alive just in a coma," The students were horrified, their teacher who fought for them was attacked and is in a coma.

"Was it that flame bastard?" Bakugo's rough voice called out angrily, his fists were clenched, and his eyebrows were furrowed. All Might stared at the young student; his anger was warranted and not unexpected but the fact that he knew almost immediately who it was just proved how serious the problem of Dabi had become.

"The police believe so," All Might looked to his left not really registering anything just thinking aloud, "Especially after what happened with [L/N]." He mumbled but the students still caught it, especially Bakugo.

"What did he do to her?" Kirishima was the one who spoke this time, he stood from his seat looking angrier than anyone had seen him. All Might pondered their reactions for a moment, it was expected from future heroes especially considering [L/N] was the only one among the teachers who wasn't a hero.

"As I'm sure a lot of you know Dabi has become attached to Miss [L/N] and has been leaving her mementos, so last night after attacking Aizawa he left her another one while she was asleep." All Might spoke vaguely, Kirishima sat down dejectedly feeling grateful she was okay but anger that she was still hurt.

"What was the memento?" Ashido asked softly, her small voice trembling with the weight of the question.

"He burnt a heart into her thigh, it's a wonder she didn't wake up." All Might explained fully. The sentence held so much hope and despair in it. The students felt powerless, their teachers were suffering all because of a villain that attacked them.

"What a fucking creep!" Jiro spat, "It's like he sees her as a toy to play and mark as his and not anyone else play with it, that's why he attacked Mr Aizawa isn't it? Because he got too close to his toy?" She spoke with conviction and anger wrapping around each word spoken.

"I guess you could put it like that," All Might spoke his mind working as fast as possible.

He hadn't seen much of the fire quirk user but Aizawa and [L/N] had told him of their encounters and he saw the effects it had on [L/N] especially. She was paranoid, scared and exhausted from looking over her back all the time. After hearing the stories of the man and how he had now attacked Aizawa, All Might was sure that soon [L/N] would fall into his clutches and he'd drag her down to hell with him.

Once school had ended the class had decided to go and visit Mr Aizawa, they were going to visit Miss [L/N] as well but they didn't know where she was staying. They made it to the hospital and found Aizawa's room.

He looked so peaceful laying there, if it wasn't for all the lines and wires hooked up to him he would have looked like he was sleeping. The class were feeling even more dejected after seeing him, the gauze on his head was still spotted with red. Their strong teacher was injured and hurt and in so much pain.

"God he looks so much in pain," Ashido spoke frowning and allowing a single tear to fall down her face. The rest of them seemed so upset. Bakugo stood behind the group his eyebrows furrowed and his eyes completely downcast, his face pinched in a deep frown sadness and anger creeping across his face like a shadow. Then he left the room without a word to find All Might.

[Y/N] was absentmindedly stirring her noodles within her chicken noodle soup just staring down at the soup seeing her reflection. Her mind was wandering to Aizawa and everytime he protected her and where that landed him. Dabi, her breath caught in her throat when his name and his eyes entered her thoughts. The irony of the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen causing her this much pain and fear.

A sigh left her lips as she thought back to all the pain he's put people through, all because of her. Her mind continued to wander further in the depths of her mind, down to the darkest part of it. She wondered if she should just stop fighting him, give herself to him so he would stop hurting all her friends and colleagues and her students. Oh, the students, they'll be so worried, they'll hate her.

A knock was heard on her door, it was probably more detectives coming to check up on her, surely they had more stuff to do than to check up on a grown woman. She stood slowly her unkempt [hair colour] hair flowing behind her, making her way over to the door she opened it with a sigh.

"Bakugo?" [Y/N] spoke confused seeing the boy stood there in his UA uniform. "What are you doing here?" She asked still standing at the door. The boy's eyes were filled with a sadness intertwined with anger making a powerful concoction in his red eyes.

"Came to see if you were okay, can I come in?" He spoke, his gruff voice speaking out to the teacher in front of him. He usually wouldn't want to come into his teacher's own home but the piercing burning gaze eyes on him making him more uncomfortable than ever.

[Y/N] moved out of the way for the boy to enter, his eyes surveying the surroundings before sitting down on her sofa and she joined him on the opposite side. She waited for him to speak, but he wasn't saying anything.

"I'm fine Bakugo you didn't need to come all this way for me," [Y/N] ran her hands through her hair, her eyes moving down to the joggers she was wearing.

"Clearly you're not, I'm sure you've heard about Aizawa." Just his name was enough for [Y/N] to tense up, Bakugo noticed but continued. "He's okay, just in a coma in the hospital. Have you been to see him?" Bakugo asked making tears spring to [Y/N]'s eyes.

"No," she said softly not allowing the tears to fall down her face, "I haven't and don't intend to leave my home." [Y/N] spoke with more conviction. "He'll hurt more people if I get close to anyone, I can't let him do that." Even with her not saying his name they both knew who she was talking about.

"So you're gonna live in fear until he gets bored and kills you?"

"If it gets him to stop hurting people then yes."

"And what if he doesn't get bored and decides to just keep playing this cat and mouse game? Or even worse kidnap you and take you away from everyone?"

"If it gets him to stop hurting people then I will live with it."

"There are heroes for a reason, so civilians don't have to fight villains. Leave it to the heroes and they'll catch him eventually."

"Look what happened to Aizawa and those policemen that were stationed outside, the heroes aren't going to stop him until he has broken me down to nothing but a pile of bones and ash." Her words were filled with defeat. Bakugo stared at the woman in front of him, the state she was in, the manic filled eyes swivelling every which way, the deep eye bags, the unkempt hair and the tension in her muscles. She was a different woman to what he's used to.

"If I know anything about Aizawa he wouldn't want you to live in fear," Bakugo spoke softly, softly for him, trying to calm her down. "He would want you to fight to live." He spoke, [Y/N]'s eyes stared at him in his eyes for the first time since he entered the house. He could see every dark thought swirling through her head and how they all cultivated around the very thing he came here to talk about, Aizawa being attacked.

"I think you should go Bakugo you'll be a great hero one day, but I don't want you to be dragged into this mess." Her voice was like ice cracking, nothing caring or passionate in it like he usually hears from her. He stood, not arguing with her but watched her mind working over each possibility to escape the torment that flame bastard put her through.

And just before he left out the door, he turned to say something anything to the woman crumbling before him, but words escaped him as he saw she simply stood there allowing the tears to fall freely over her face as she smiled at him. A smile filled with fear, uncertainty and defeat.

"I'll be fine Bakugo please do not worry so much."
