That night Aizawa and Mic were at a bar, Aizawa was drinking much more than he usually would, but he was devastated and understandably so. Mic was trying to cheer his best friend up but even he was feeling the effects of Dabi's words.

"I'm so sorry Aizawa," Mic spoke patting the distraught man on the back gently, his voice was much lower than ever before not that Aizawa noticed he was downing another glass of whiskey.

"I didn't even get to tell her I loved her," The dark-haired man spoke feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders. He just wanted to curl up and die. "I couldn't even fucking save her, what kind of a hero am I?" Aizawa grabbed onto his hair feeling the strands bunch up in his fingers as he stared down at his now empty glass.

"Come on buddy let's get you home," Mic took out his wallet and left some cash on the bar before guiding his friend to the vehicle outside. Mic didn't have anything to drink so he would drive Aizawa home, well to Mic's home he was not being left alone in this state.

"She must have been so scared Mic; she must have been so fucking scared." Aizawa mumbled as he sat in the passenger seat, tears falling from his eyes.

Dabi stumbled up to the front door of his home, he was late much later than usual, the sun had already set, and the moon shone down on him. He couldn't come home any earlier, heroes were still lurking about and not even Kurogiri knew where the girl and he stayed. Dabi hoped she was okay.

The door opened to reveal Dabi stood there, "Dabi is that you?" [Y/N]'s soft voice called out to the man. Her little pitter patters of feet made their way to the door, her eyes catching sight of Dabi stood there and allowed a small bit of relief to enter her system.

"Hey baby, sorry I'm late." Dabi groaned out feeling all of the pain suddenly hit him as the adrenaline wore off. The gash he received from Aizawa and the multiple bruises from the other heroes all causing him some pain. He stumbled his way over to the sofa and slumped down. "Come here let me hold you," he called to the woman who still stood there frozen.

"Dabi you're hurt!" She cried, the man heard her feet run into their shared bedroom and then to the bathroom. He was annoyed she didn't come to him as he asked, about to shout at her to come back and let him hold her, he thought everything was going well. Why do heroes have to fuck everything up for him?

"Oi [Y/N] get over here," Dabi called using her name to show he was annoyed, he heard her run into the living room once more. She came to stand in front of him and that's when he noticed what she had in her hands, a first aid kit.

"Is the gash on your arm the worst?" She asked gently climbing onto the sofa to grab his arm so she could inspect it. He allowed her to, feeling surprise over take him. He nodded his head slightly. "Okay it's gonna need some stitches so please be patient with me," she pleaded as she took out some antiseptic wipes in order to not let it get infected.

"You're gonna stitch me up?" He asked gently.

"Of course, I can't leave you like this." She spoke as if it was obvious. His mind was reeling, his little darling was gonna patch him up and take care of him, the one who kidnapped her?

"But why?" He mumbled to himself, no one had ever taken care of his injuries. He was always the one taking care of other's injuries as a little boy.

[Y/N] heard his questions and truthfully only one answer came to her head, that day she had been battling everything within herself and she concluded that Aizawa didn't love her if he did he would be here wouldn't he? But Dabi, Dabi loved her with all his being why else would he claim her as his and hurt anyone else who would break her heart. Dabi was the one who was kind to her, Dabi was the one who came home to her every night, Dabi was the one who held her close to him as if she would disappear, Dabi was the one who uttered her name while he was asleep.

"Because I love you Dabi." She spoke looking at him in his eyes as he stared back. [Y/N] knew that by stating those words that she would be sealing her fate, to be tied to Dabi but honestly she didn't mind. As it had gotten later she was so worried that he had gotten bored of her or ran out on her or got himself killed, but as soon as he stepped through that door she felt all her worries melt away. He was here with her, and he would never leave her. She was his and he was hers. There was no one else she wanted or needed, as long as she had Dabi everything would be okay wouldn't it?

Dabi just stared at the woman as she stitched his wound closed, he didn't even feel anything he was in so much bliss and awe over what she had said that he couldn't. She loved him? I mean he definitely loved her even if he never said it, but she loved him, really? He almost couldn't believe it, but she had said those words and was here patching his gash up oh so gently as if she was worried she would hurt him.

Dabi stared down at the woman as she wrapped the bandage around his arms and as soon as she was done she reached up and placed a hand on his cheek, then she leaned in and placed a soft kiss on his lips. "I love you Dabi, please don't ever leave me." She professed.

Dabi's mind soon snapped back into place, he grabbed her cheeks and began kissing her all over her face before planting a chaste one on her lips. "God baby I love you too. I've been waiting so long to hear you say that." Dabi could almost cry he was so happy. He moved his hands to wrap around her waist and pull her into him, so they were both laying on the sofa.

"C'mon let's get you a bath then we can cuddle in bed yeah?" [Y/N] spoke smiling warmly at Dabi as she pulled away and stood before him. Dabi thought he was fucking dreaming, but he nodded, and she dragged the man to the bathroom.

"I fucking love you so much [Y/N]."
