A few days have passed since Aizawa spoke to the class and since [Y/N] was allowed within the main area, Dabi was extremely pleased each time he came home to a home cooked meal. He felt like everything was falling into place with [Y/N], she was still a little distant and he initiated all of the affection between the two but with time he was sure she would do the same.

"Hey baby I'm home," Dabi called as he stepped through the door, making sure to lock it, his body ached but he was glad to be home. Dabi removed his shoes and put on his slippers before making his way to the kitchen where he could smell the food his angel was making.

"Hey Dabi, I'm just plating up the food if you want to sit down." [Y/N] answered the man as he stepped into the kitchen. She was focused on the food before her, but also aware of the man who was within the kitchen. As she finished plating up the ramen she had made she turned with both bowls in her hand, her eyes caught the man sat patiently at the island just staring at her. She felt her heart speed up slightly, but she ignored it.

"What did you make today?" Dabi asked as she placed his bowl down in front of him and took her rightful seat next to him.

"Just some ramen, I think we'll need some more food soon though I'm running out of ingredients." She spoke softly as she began to dig into the meal she made. Dabi nodded at her and also began to dig in.

After they both had finished [Y/N] went to pick up the bowls to wash up, but Dabi beat her to it, she stared at him quizzically. "You cooked for us, so I'll wash up," Dabi spoke shrugging his shoulders slightly as he went towards the sink.

[Y/N] just stared at him, her mouth agape. Her heart sped up some more and her mind was reeling, the monster who caused her and everyone around her pain was washing the dishes because she cooked for them? It seemed unfathomable but it was happening here in front of her. He was acting like some kind of husband of hers, that thought had her shocked even more but also flustered. She could feel her cheeks warming slightly at the thought of him being her husband.

Does she want him to be her husband? Does she want that? Her mind worked overtime as she continued to stare at the man washing the dishes. He soon finished before her mind had fully come to a conclusion and turned around to see her staring at him with her cheeks slightly pinker.

"You staring at me doll face?" He asked as he came up to her and took her hand in his own. The question and touch snapped her out of her mind and back up to the teal eyes staring down at her. Her cheeks got even redder as she realised she was caught staring at him.

"I- " she started but Dabi just chuckled and placed a kiss on her temple before guiding her to the bathroom.

"God you're cute, come on let's take a bath together." Dabi spoke softly as he guided her gently to the bathroom.

"We have found The League's new spot, we'll attack tomorrow." It was the chief of police who spoke this to the room full of heroes which included Aizawa, "Eraserhead are you sure you're up for this?" he asked the underground hero.

"Yes," Aizawa spoke feeling his fists clench, "If there's a possibility that Dabi or [Y/N] is there I need to be there." He concluded. Everyone knew exactly how much this mission meant for the man, whether that be to safe someone he cared for or to get revenge on the person who attempted to kill him.

The chief nodded at Aizawa before continuing explaining the plan to everyone and how they were going to attack. The goal being to capture all of the members and if [Y/N] was there then to take her back home.

The day soon arrived as all of the heroes stood nearby as the police knocked on the door of the residence. "Police open up!" There was no answer prompting the heroes to knock the walls down exposing all of the members of The League including Dabi.

As soon as the walls opened up the heroes swooped in to apprehend them, Aizawa being the one to attack Dabi, using his quirk to stop him from burning anyone.

"So Eraserhead you're alive huh?" Dabi spoke blocking the man's kick, his face was twisted into a snarl realising the hero wasn't dead or even injured, but he was much slower than before that's for sure.

"Where's [Y/N] I know you took her." Aizawa accused as he continued to attempt to trap him in his scarf/ weapon. Dabi's face formed a twisted and cocky grin, as his eyes narrowed.

"Oh, you mean the pretty little teacher?" Dabi asked, knowing exactly who he means. Aizawa gritted his teeth. "It's sad Eraser you couldn't save her in time, she called out for you y'know begging you to save her as I slowly burnt her body to ash." Dabi spoke feeling his heart drop a little at the words even if he knew they were completely untrue.

"What?" Aizawa spoke, his heart crashing. "No, that's not true you said she was yours."

"And she was, but her body was so used up and it just got boring to hear her cry and scream and beg for you to save her, so I killed her." Dabi's lies were eating him up inside, after this he just wanted a few days at home with his baby, he felt so horrible saying all these things about her.

"You Bastard!" Aizawa spoke as he went to stab Dabi, the villain moved out the way, but the blade managed to catch him causing a gash on the upper part of his arm. He hissed out as he clutched onto the gash.

"I'll tell her ashes you said goodbye," Dabi spat as he threw fire at the heroes and disappeared along with the rest of The League. They all had some injuries, but Dabi didn't care for them, he just wanted to be at home with his baby, the love of his life, his angel, his darling.

Back on the remnants of the battlefield Aizawa had fallen to his knees, taking in as much oxygen as he can, his eyes were filled with tears. She was dead, killed by the man he couldn't protect her from. He was so pathetic wasn't he?
