They both enter the ship. "Well here's my humble home." Raleigh says presenting it to Clyde. He starts looking around. It seems to be mainly composed of some sort of metal. To the left is the bridge, there are all sorts of complicated looking machines he couldn't begin to understand. There are three chairs all fixed to the floor next to some sort of navigation, or radar system overlooking three large windows. At the center of the room was a huge desk, and chair coming out of the floor with wires sticking out all over. It seemed that this part of the ship was a lot newer than the other parts. Something unsettling was going on with this certain section. The closer he looked there was a picture frame on the desk though before he could really see who was in it, she turned it down so no one could see.

He looked out the window peering into a vortex with so many colors swirling about. "Beautiful is it not." She looks at it alongside him for a bit. "Don't look at it to long you'll fry your brain. He quickly looks away as she snickers at him. "Wait was that a joke?" She shrugs at him with a smug looking face. "Maybe." He glares at her, but it quickly reverts curiosity getting the better of him. "What is that anyway light speed or something? What planet are you from. Are there more planets out there like yours?" She kicks him in the shins irritated. "I already told you I'm human. Mostly anyway." He can already tell she isn't going to bother explaining that last part. "And I'm from earth..... just not that one." He looked more confused now. "What do you mean that earth? Is there another one in the universe?" "No dumb ass this isn't some dinky spaceship it's a universe hopper. I'm from another universe's earth." She stands proud. "Waits so there are other earths?" He asked intrigued for once. "Yeah did you really think your boring universe was the only one. They aren't all called earth, but guess I'll have to teach you." Her smug face grew larger and larger the more she put him in his place.

Seemingly out of nowhere a floating whiteboard materialized. It looked to be holographic and a bit translucent though not a lot. "There are an infinite number of earths with small differences from yours, and ones that are not even recognizable to you." The whiteboard displays an earth as she explains lines start to come out of it showing more earths all with slight barely noticeable differences. The last one she shows looks to be more of a wasteland than the earth he knew. "So that's what you meant when you said that thing earlier about crashing into my house." He said stone faced. "Yes yes, you are correct...." He butts in. "That doesn't mean you shouldn't try to!" He yells. "Not that I completely believe you yet." She starts to pout a little. "Let me finish..." He nods, but doesn't stop glaring at her. "There are worlds way cooler than this one. Worlds that are just like your favorite TV show but real!"

The whiteboard shows a video of some person shooting fire from his hands. She is starting to get excited. "The possibilities are endless, that's where we come in. We are verse hoppers, and this is our vessel the hopper!" She grins posing. He can tell she thinks she looks a lot cooler than she actually does right now. He tries to hide his own excitement. This is just what he wanted or what he thinks he wants after all. "Right..... very original name. Anyway what do we actually do on these... trips." She looks upset that he would mock her like that, despite her doing the same to him the whole time." We just have fun!" She exclaimed. "and try to avoid those ass-hats in The Empire." She mumbles not wanting to get into that right now. The big desk in the center started to make a ping noise, which catches her off guard a bit. "That's going to need my attention. Why don't you get settled in one of those rooms back there. We will be world bound in a few minutes." She points to the hallway that is behind them and the bridge. The whiteboard disappears as she walks toward the main desk area. She picks up the wires taking off her hat and sticking them into the back of her head.

He pretends not to be a little disturbed by it walking past her to the hallway. In the hallway there are four doors, two on each side. The end of the hallway seems to lead to an engine room. The door on the left was obviously her room. It had a fancy looking nameplate that said captains quarters. "I'm assuming this one is yours." She looks back at him though the wires seem to make it difficult. "Yup that's mine." He walks toward the door on the left thinking that one would suffice. She catches it before she turned back around. "Wait not that room..... that's also.... mine." She turns around blushing trying to focus on the ship. He seemed to be a bit surprised by this.

"Whatever." He mumbles walking to the second door on the right. It opens like a standard science fiction door would, sliding. The room has a bed a small desk and a monitor coming out of the wall. "I guess this will do." That's when he realized the only thing he brought was the baseball bat he was still holding. "Shit why didn't I grab anything." He sighs putting it down in the room, and returning to her. He avoids looking at the vortex just in case she wasn't lying. Clyde looked at her for a bit. Raleigh's hair was now floating in the air and her eyes were glowing white. She almost looked pretty like this he thought. He quickly shook his head thinking he could never fall for a girl like her. "Hey um..... can you hear me? Where exactly are we going?" He poked her face. She looks at him eyes still glowing. "Of course I can, stop poking me! You'll find out soon enough." Not long after she says that the vortex started to dissipate leading to a bright blue sky.
