In some dark room, 3 spotlights shine down on Darrion, Cyrus, and The Reaper. "Time after time you have failed to capture the asset." A voice in the darkness states. "How is it so difficult to...." The voice pauses. "Why is it so dark in here?" The voice turns the lights on revealing they are in an office conference room with a man in a white suit, and a mask with L.E.D. lights. The lights make up a frown text face as he starts talking to them. "Why is it so hard for you three to capture a little girl?" Cyrus sighs. "You should know she is more than some little girl. Her power grows by the day not even The Empire's Mutt can take her down Proxy." The Reaper glares at him not saying a word.

Proxy looks at the screen behind him, showing three shadowy figures on call. One is the old man, but the other two are unclear. "To deny her power is a mistake, yes." Dr. Corvus says. "However, after my little modification, I've given you many opportunities to capture her, and now someone has gone, and tampered with it. Now I can only track her location." "It seems to me you three are running out of time. We could indeed use her to draw out that person, but after that what? We won't be able to track her anymore." Proxy says

They are about to speak up and defend themselves, but he keeps speaking. "Operation Deforestation is almost ready to launch. This will be your last opportunity to capture her. No more failures." Dr. Corvus adds making it even more clear time is pressing. Darrion, and Cyrus, swallow hard. "You are dismissed to leave." He says all of them get up, leaving Proxy in the room alone with the two of them. "I trust that regardless of their success, you have a workaround?" The shadowy figure asks. "Of course my lord, it's just a longer, more strenuous process I'd rather avoid. It will delay everything quite a bit." The old man replies. "Very well." He says before he ends the call, followed by the old man. The other figure remains silent also ending the Call. Proxy sighs, not saying a word as they all leave.

On the other side of the call, one of the figures leans back in his office chair, thinking deeply. He has a uniform very highly decorated. "Hmm." He said before pushing a button on his desk. "Crow, come in here." Like they were already waiting close by, a murder of crows swarms the room, slowly forming into a person fully covered up. They had the standard foot soldiers' armor on, only with a cloak and a bird mask. "Yes, Fleet Admiral?" They would ask. "What do you know of Doctor Oswald Corvus?" He would ask them. "Everyone in the empire knows he is a key figure. I'm afraid I don't have many details on him that aren't public already." Crow would answer.

The Admiral was deep in thought. "The man always seemed suspicious to me. My uncle relies on him far too much, but I suppose his burden has left quite a toll on him. I want you to dig up dirt on him, anything that would make him look bad to The Emperor. I will be the one at the forefront of this Empire, not him." It would seem the man didn't have much more than a hunch, but all he cared about was growing his power, and glory, it seemed. "It will be done." That is all Crow said before vanishing.

Darrion, and Cyrus both look unsure of what to do following behind The Reaper in deep thought. "I don't suppose you have any great ideas?" He asks The Reaper. "My ideas are inconsequential to you. All I require is time." "So you want us to buy you time in inact some type of plan?" "Let's just say I was inspired by the last vessel I possessed." He says not saying another word. Darrion speaks up. "Why do I get the feeling we are going to get completely screwed over." "Because we are. Nevertheless, let's send all the units we can to their current location."

Back with Clyde, and Raleigh, they have landed on a new world once again. It seems to be nothing, but wasteland, and buildings in ruins. "So what is up with this place?" Clyde would ask. "Looks like all the countries in the world just kinda started a huge war and wiped each other out. There are people still just not a lot. This should be our last stop before The Physician." She says smiling happy they are so close to getting her fixed. "Why don't we just chill on the ship then till It's ready to go? You said this world was abandoned." He suggests to her. "And miss out on a possible adventure? No way." He sighs but expected that response from her.
