Pip couldn't help but smile. The day she left Fairview, Pip never thought she'd be able come back. She left them all behind thinking, if she ever came back she would danger them. But here she was 2 years later after that deadly night, sitting with Cara, Naomi and Ravi.
They sat in the living room, just like the day Pip had caught Naomi and Max in their lies. That day was years ago. A day she wishes she could forget. They day she betrayed her friendship with Cara. Yet despite ruining Cara's family, Cara never once hated Pip. In fact their bond became stronger.

"I know what you did." Cara's words took Pip by shock. "We all do." Pip looked around as if Detective Hawkins would pop out of the corner, ready to arrest her for the murder of Jason Bell and the framing of Max Hastings. Pip felt suffocated. What if this is not the end of the battle? What if she has to leave again? This time for good.
Connor. Zach. Jaime. Nat. They all knew. But why would they keep quiet? Keeping her alibi would only hurt them more. Tears welled in Pip's eyes. "Please- don't tell anyone. I just got my life back together. Cara please. I didn't have a choice. I had to Cara. He would've killed me. I-" Cara's arms wrapped around her, "I won't tell anyone Pip. Never. I almost lose you that day and I didn't even know it. I just got you back. Why would I send you away? I've known you for all my life Pip. I love you so much. I'd go through anything to make sure you're safe, Pip. I was so scared everyday I turn on the tv, fearing that you'd been caught. I would never do anything that would harm you" She felt Naomi wrap her arms around them too. She felt comfort in their sisterly bond. A bond that was not dictated by blood. The one hug she missed dearly.
They wept for lost time. The missed phone calls and unanswered text messages. The exposed truth. They had all lied to save someone. Pip to save Ravi. Elliot to save Naomi and Cara. Ravi to save Pip. And Naomi to save her friends. They all lived in fear. That one day the façade would break and in time the truth would be revealed. It happened to Elliot. It happened to Naomi. And with time maybe it would happen to Pip and Ravi. Maybe. Just maybe.
"Come on." Cara wiped Pip's eyes, "Let's go visit the others." She gave Pip another hug. This one short, but just as comforting.
Pip turned to look at Ravi. His face painted with pain, tears threatened to fall. He smiled at her. A sad smile. He feared for the worst as well. Just like Pip. Just like Cara. Just like Naomi. They all had. He got up and made his way to Pip, wrapping his hand around hers, "Let's go, my little one" (I just got to say I think this is one of my favourite nicknames Ravi had for Pip)
