*this chapter is dedicated to all the lives lost in the Pahalgam terror attacks in Kashmir. It is time to speak out against the crimes aimed toward Hindus in India.*
"Come on, muchacha." Cara hip bumped Pip as they walked up the steps of the Reynold's house, together. Memories of the countless hours she spent in their house, with these people. The murder mystery party. The Surprise, Jamie's not dead barbecue(haha). The drive to Max Hasting's house the day she murdered a man. All of these memories imprinted on her mind, leaving a lasting affect on her person.
Despite not seeing the house in two years, it still looked like a face. The white front door and the wide windows resembling a toothy grin. The discoloured marks on the brick, its nose. And two squared windows upstairs, its eyes. Pip smiled, it looked happy, as if the house was happy to see her.
As the door opened, Pip couldn't help but feel strings in her strings in her heart pull. Emotions took over her as her eyes met Connor's blue ones. They grown up together, ever since middle school. The eager class crown. Her childhood friend. "Pip?! Is that really you? I-Jamie, Nat, Pip's here!" Pip was quickly attacked by hugs. Connor's was clumsy as always while Jamie's was quick and teetering. And Nat's hug. Tight and homey. Each hug was warm and comforting. And as Ravi and Cara joined in on the hug, Pip finally felt at home.
"It's over"." Nat hugged Pip one more. Her eyes were wet with unshed tears. "We finally got justice. Thank you, Pip. Thank you for putting the rapist in jail." Pip hugged her harder, burying her face in Nat's shoulder, letting herself cry once more. There had been a time where Nat despised Pip. The mere mention of her name would make Nat want to die. But after everything the two of them had endured, Nat had grown to love Pip. And Pip had grown to love Nat as well.
"This calls for another barbecue," Jamie jokes, wrapping his arm around Nat. "This time we call it Surprise, Pip didn't get arrested. But first of all get inside everyone!" Jamie looked at Nat with such love, it melted Pip's heart to see the two of them so happy.
As they made their way towards the Reynold's house, Ravi's hand found hers. He slide his fingers between hers, her fingertips fitting perfectly against the dips in his knuckles. She looked up at him, his eyes shining with nothing else but admiration. He squeezed her hand once and Pip knew exactly what he was tying to say.
I am so proud of you, Pippa Fitz-Amobi.

Hey loveliess!!! Hello from 2025! I graduate this year guys. Que the existential crisis! I've been gone for a while. Like 5-6 months. And I apologize for such a long delay. Life's been a train wreak lately. I've been very stressed with school work, uni applications and just personal problems with friends. And I'll be honest sometimes it feels like I've lost inspo for this book. But don't worry I vow to finish it!! Thank you for reading my story! I'm graduating highschool in a few months and tbh it feels like yesterday was my first day of high school but here I am just months away from saying goodbye to this place. A place that I can't 100% say I love or 100% hate. I've grown as a person there. Made new friends, lost some. And the idea leaving all that behind me, moving to a new city, meeting new people in a mere 2 months has been the hardest thing for me to think of. Here's to my maybe last chapter of this story while in high school.
HAPPY 2 YEARS TO THIS STORYYYYY!!!!!
