**Today everyone got up on their own, and today Londyn doesn't have school so she gets to come to work with her momma , and Carina will be taking Niccolas with her too, while Maya stays home with her parents. Carina might have to go back to New York and New Jersey but only for a week to see her patients, conjoined twins Nolan and Noah are doing, . They are one year and a half now , that's part of the reason why she had to went there, but she doesn't know if she's going to be the one to go , Maya is twenty six weeks pregnant and she's still having a little pelvic pain here and there , Addison knows that, Carina gave her a little time spans of now until the next four weeks she will be able to go to NJ & NYC but by the time Maya is 30 weeks pregnant Carina will stay home with her wife in case Charlotte decides to come ten weeks early. The beautiful one and a half years old conjoined twins boys Nolan and Noah are conjoined at the pelvis and they each have a leg each ! Carina was the doctor who delivered them via c section... and their parents are always keeping in touch with Carina ! **

Maya : who's going to take care of Nicco and Londyn's babe?
Carina: they are both coming with me to the clinic... I will keep a close eye on them. I have a lot of paperwork to catch up on and three patients coming in the clinic today at one, four and five. And then I have a FaceTime appointment with Nolan and Noah and I will know if I need to go to New York and see them... their parents always wanted to know if one day they could separate them.. and I need to be there in person to see how and if it's possible. I'll head back home around five thirty.
Maya: oh alright. I'll hold down the fort here with my parents, I hope they will be able to be separated... with little to no complications from the surgery.
Carina: I do too !
** Maya kisses Carina **
Maya : What am I going to do with my day babe?
Carina: you my extremely sexy and beautiful wife you will rest all day long. With no distractions from our beautiful children.
Maya: excellent. Thank you.
Londyn : momma , should I bring my Ariel doll or my non Disney related doll to your clinic?
Carina: Londyn come on we're going to work... bring both of your baby dolls if you can't pick just one.
Londyn : yayyyy perfect because I could not decide. Bye mommy have a good day. Sleep well.
Maya: thank you baby girl. Have a good day with momma , remember to listen to what momma says.
Londyn : I will. Ohhhh Nicco im going to race you to momma's car.
** Carina got everything he needed, his oxygen machine along with Londyn's iv medicine. Carina laughed because she obviously wasn't going to run with all of this equipment on her back **
Londyn : I won ! Better luck next time Nicco .
** she gave him kisses **
Londyn : momma can I get a reborn baby doll just like yours please please?
Carina: uhhhh sure.
Londyn : like today after your work .. and I think Nicco is trying to grab one of his toys from his car seat, look...
and who's Noah and Nolan momma ?
Carina: ohhh he's starting to yea , babe , he's finally starting to grab his toys, yesss ! That's a relief.
Maya : Ohhh yayyyy , Addison said he would have a little bit of difficulty with grabbing his toys and everything else right? He's going to learn everything just like everyone else!
Carina: yea , and I think he's going to have a little trouble catching up with a regular baby ... which I knew from the beginning... but it's fine! Yet again he's only five months old so everything is still in the unknown. He's really going to learn everything but just ar his own pace and that is fine. And we need to go to my clinic now and they are really special boys ! And they may be coming to see me today, I have a picture of them, and you will see why they are special! But maybe you can ask one for your birthday! It's coming up soon!
Londyn : Awnnn , I was kind of hoping you would get me one for my wonderful work I did in my speech therapy sessions, momma I worked really hard momma.
