the journey continues

as morning came Sasuke still awake decides to get up first making sure to cover sakura. adding more wood to the fire and checking his team mates clothing that hung on a branch nearby, grabbing down sakura's clothes that had been dried by the fire during the night and slips them under the cloak where sakura lay so her body warmth would warm them up nicely before she change into them,

noticing how sweaty he had gotten over night, "the cold water might keep me awake longer" walking away from their campsite to find himself a spot out of view of the others, Sasuke undresses and makes his way into the lake, A soft shiver ran through him as the chill of the water enveloped his skin. "Ehm, it's cold," he whispered under his breath, feeling the shock of the temperature against his body. With a determined breath, he submerged himself, the cold water awakening his senses as he resurfaced.

Running his hand through his sleek, long black hair, he felt the water cascade through his fingers. Each strand glistened in the gentle light of the rising sun, feeling refreshed he looks up towards the sky and closes his eyes to soak in the serenity of the morning, suddenly arms wrap around him soft and warm a captivating feeling different from the cold and sharp feeling of the water, beautiful pink hair floating on the water surface, Sasuke spins around quickly he whispered to himself, in shock "No one here?"

sasuke after finishing up leaves the water and gets himself dressed, "I'm going crazy" he mumbled out to himself, As he made his way back towards the campsite, he caught sight of a figure just around the corner, partially obscured by a tree. His breath caught in his throat as he realized it was Sakura, in the midst of dressing herself. The gentle sunlight upon her bare skin, Each delicate curve seemed to be bathed in a warm embrace of light, the sight lingered in sasukes mind, even after she had already finished up and made her way back towards the camp,

sasuke stood there for a minute trying to get himself together, then once again made his way back to camp, taking a seat near the fire, seems like the morning has already started to get lively, sakura now shaking Naruto violently attempting to wake him as he drools all over her arms that are strongly gripping his head "WAKE UP" sakura yelling at the now dissy naruto 

"Okay, okay," Naruto mumbled, finally stirring. Sakura released her grip on him, her face twisted in annoyance and irritation, "We need to head out," she stated firmly

"But I'm hungryyy," Naruto protested, "We'll find something on the way," she declared, her face still displaying traces of irritation. Defeated, Naruto sighed and began to get dressed, as the group cleaned up the camp making sure to leave the beautiful place just as beautiful as they found it, the three now making their way out of the clearing

slowly making their way towards the land of mist they pass many beautiful places that day Naruto and sakura being distracted by a lot of the scenery making smalls stops at nearly all of them, and each time Sasuke watched sakura's reaction quietly thinking of places she would love, taking mental notes of her reaction's,

the sun getting lower, casting a warm glow over the horizon they stumbled on a small town that had vibrant lights and colorful decorations, street beaming with people

"A festival, maybe," Sakura remarked, her eyes full with curiosity at the lively scene before them Naruto, despite his weariness, couldn't contain his excitement "im so hungry, lets go sakura-chan",
