UPON ARRIVING at the party, we immediately met up into the group that Lauren liked to consider the main group, but Malachi and Lizzie weren't included, so I didn't really think it was the main group.

It was about halfway through the party, and Malachi had texted me and said Lizzie wanted to meet up with me, but the rest of the boys were going to talk someone separated from the girls since they left them already anyways, so I headed over to the drink station to meet Lizzie over there.

We talked with Summer for a little before she got recruited by none other than my boyfriend to go find Walker. Funnily enough, both of their couple anthems had just played.

Somebody To You by the Vamps was Lauren and Brady's song, and Style by Taylor Swift was Walker and Summer's song.

"What sort of sorcery was put on this party?" I joke as connor wraps his arms around me, and he laughs.

"I'm not sure, crazy girl. You'll have to ask the host." He whispers, kissing my cheek softly.

Lizzie immediately starts fan-girling. "Oh my gosh! You two are so adorable together."

I smile at her. "Thank you, Lizzie."

She had just been talking about how Connor and I were the it couple, but I can't really say I disagree, even if I do so out of modesty, of course Lauren and Brady are most definitely tied with us in that category, especially with how cute their love story is.

"Where's Malachi?" I ask her, and she shrugs.

"I'm not sure. He said he was gonna go catch up with some of the guys, but most of them are with their girlfriends right now." Lizzie explains.

I nod, looking around the room. Belle was with Dylan, Celeste was with Aryan, and of course Summer and Lauren were with Walker and Brady.

"Kate, hi!!" Xoch says excitedly. "I wish Brady had mentioned you and Connor were coming!"

I laugh. "He's awful at that, but I'm glad I came."

"Hi, I'm Xochitl." Xoch quickly introduces herself to Lizzie, and the two of them almost immediately click.

"Oh my gosh, hi! It's so nice to meet you. Malachi said you were really sweet, but I never had a chance to get away for long enough to meet anyone else!"

The two get to talking, and soon Ari and Leah both join the conversation. Because of Lizzie's 'traumatic' experience with that demon child this summer, she visibly jumped when Ariana introduced herself, which quickly turned into an inside joke.

"You're chill with her?" Connor asks me softly, and I nod.

"Mhm. She's not really like a fan anymore, she's one of my friends. Plus, Malachi really likes her. She's been through some tough shit and she actually treats me like I'm a person, C. She's very likable." I explain, and he smiles.

"That's good, I always love when you make new friends." He mumbles, kissing my cheek softly.

Suddenly, End Game by Taylor Swift comes on, and his smiles grows.

"Crazy girl, it's our song." He tells me, and I nod enthusiastically.

"I know! Can we dance, Con?" I ask, and he grabs my hand, walking me to the dance floor as we both sing— well, more like shout the lyrics of the song at each other.

I knew he'd be my endgame.

HOLY. CRAP. KATE AND CONNOR'S STORY IS OFFICIALLY OVER. IM STILL PROCESSING THIS.

I've been considering an Aryan book (Aryan and Celeste) and a Dylan Hoffman book (Belle and Dylan) would you guys be interested in those? If so, which one would you like to come first? Since I've just finished up both this fic and forever you, I've got significantly less fics to write and I have time to probably start a new one soon!!

I never see Aryan fics but I'd have to brainstorm what to do for theirs, Belle and Dylan is a childhood friends to lovers, so let me know!

If you're wondering, the epilogues for every book in this series are at the same party, and the date of the party (and why they're all there) will be disclosed in the epilogue of the last book!!
