Is easier than explaining why you're sad.
Just paint on a smile, paint over your true emotions.
Smile with your mouth, but not with your eyes.
For you can only smile with your eyes when you are truly happy.
When you get home, wash the paint away and cry because you've kept it in and hidden for so long.
Smile because it's easier than explaining what's killing you inside.
