Time passed. The forest remained deathly silent. Besides from some prey he tried to hunt, that fought him back with yellow-tinted fangs, he could catch nothing.

His wound made traveling more painful. It was now sun-high. There was no doubt that Rose'fall would be waking up soon.

'I guess we'll just have to split this,' He thought. The skinny bird could fill maybe one cat. Not two.

After another couple minutes, he finally made it back to the abandoned camp. Eyes peered at him from the blocked-off Medicine Cat den. Soft growls and groans omitted from the cat.

  'Night'paw.'

He shook his head, and kept going until he was back inside of the Nursery. Rose'fall was still asleep, and he worried for a moment if she had turned.

Feather'spot dropped the sparrow, and sauntered over to her. She nudged her.

  "Rose'fall, I brought some fresh-kill," He mewed.

She pushed herself forward. "Ouch," Rose'fall hissed as she got up.

Feather'spot tore off a wing, and pushed the rest of the bird to her. She blinked at him skeptically. Then she tore off the other wing, and pushed it to him.

"Sorry," He said, and ducked his head, "I could only find this."

Rose'fall shrugged at him, and continued eating. "It's okay," She mumbled through her mouthful.
