I been away from A'ja for a week now. Everything been good since, no issues.
A'ja been acting like she got separation anxiety. She be tryna be on the phone all day, and I can't do that.
She got stuff to do, I got stuff to do.
My manager literally cursed me out because I haven't been working. Every time she would suggest something I declined the offer
I'm assuming she got sick of it.
I understand where she was coming from, so I'm back booked. I don't have no free time how I did before.
I thought I was coming home to relax and spend time with my family, no.
Fooled me.
I'm in Georgia working on a clothing project for Nike. I had a deal with Nike for a while now, so we're working on launching my clothing collection.
"I like the turquoise and black better than the burgundy" I said while examining the gym shorts closely
"I was definitely thinking the same" my manager agreed while nodding, "It's not ugly, it's just not eye catching"
"So we going with the turquoise?" I asked for confirmation
"It's your line, I'm just here to give my opinion and stir you in the right direction" she said causing me to sigh
"Can I launch both?"
"Uh — I'll have to check back with Micheal on that one. As of right now, you need to pick one"
I sat there looking between the shorts indecisively. I'm starting to change my mind and it's eating up.
"Turquoise" I spat out before she nodded and grabbed her computer
"Sha'Carri don't get on this video call and get wishy washy with your decision. You did that the last time and had me looking crazy"
I started laughing thinking back at how mad she was. Christina is overly dramatic for no reason and it kills me every time.
"I got my final answer"
"Sha'Carri"
"Christina I'm serious" I said while giving her a serious look before she turned her attention back to the computer
She pulled up the Zoom call before we started talking about the decision. We came to the conclusion that I could launch both together.
Thankfully.
"What we doing with the sports bra?" I asked kind of confused, "We ain't talk about those yet"
"I thought they was dropping with the shorts. It's a set right?" Micheal asked before I shook my head no
"That's the other ones, these a different set"
"It's up to you, this is your line it's your brand" my manager spoke causing me to hum a little
"I wanna drop everything altogether, but at the same time I don't" I said before Christina shook her head
"Micheal what did I tell you?" she said before I scrunched my face up confused
"She wasn't gone know what she wanna do" he responded before I put my hand up
