Previously on AGF: "CASTLE!!!!" She called, the fear clearly in her voice. Her husband came running. "What? What's wrong?" He asked, terrified. "I'm bleeding," Kate said, tears springing to her eyes.

"I'm calling an ambulance now!" Castle said, already running to get a phone. When he found one, he called and started running back to his wife's side.

"911, what's your emergency?" The operator asked. "It's my wife. She's pregnant and she's bleeding a lot. I don't know if it's a miscarriage or what but my first wife had a miscarriage and it looked different!" Castle said as he ran in the bathroom. He then put the phone on speaker.

"Sir, what is your address?" "It's 321 E 5th St. Loft 1!" By now, Castle was freaking out. What if Kate was miscarrying? What if something was seriously wrong? What if he lost her?

"Ok sir. Help is on the way. Now what is your wife's name?" "It's Kate," he said, as calmly as he could manage. "Let me talk to your wife," the operator said. Castle handed the phone to Kate, who was crying frantically.

"Kate?" The operator said. "Yes. I'm bleeding really bad! I can't lose this baby! I can't lose this baby!" Kate said as she started crying more, if that was even possible. "It's ok Kate. Can you tell me what happened?" The operator asked calmly.

"I was getting ready for bed and I had to go to the bathroom. I looked down and I was bleeding. I immediately yelled for my husband. Are the paramedics almost here?" Kate asked. "My map shows that they are on they're way up to your loft." The operator answered.

They then heard a knock on the door. "Crap!" Castle yelled as he remembered that in his panic he forgot to unlock the door. He ran to let the paramedics in. "Are those the paramedics?" The operator asked. "Yes," Kate answered. "I'm going to hang up then, Kate." "Ok." With that, Kate hung up the phone.

The paramedics then put her on the stretcher and started wheeling her down to the ambulance.

When they got to the hospital, Dr. Caldwell was already there waiting for the Castles. She had been there for a birth, and heard the page about the Castles coming in.

"What seems to be the problem?" She asked, running alongside the stretcher. "I don't know! I'm bleeding a lot! I think it might be a miscarriage," Kate said, starting to cry again. "Well let's find out," she said, leading them into a room already prepared.

Once Dr. Caldwell stopped the bleeding, she pulled in the ultrasound machine. "Let's take a look now, shall we?" The two Castles nodded, too worried to speak.

"Well, I see A, B, C, D, E, and F. They all look fine. That's why you were bleeding. It's normal with the stretching of your uterus," Dr. Caldwell said, a shocked tone in her voice already. Kate just laid there, shocked, while Castle started counting on his fingers. Dr. Caldwell examined the ultrasound picture again.

After a minute of counting on his fingers, Castle was the first to speak. "So, you're saying that we are expecting sextuplets?" Castle asked. "It appears so. Now, I am obligated to say this. There is an operation that can...downsize...a multiple pregnancy from six to three or six to two if you were interested," Dr. Caldwell said. Kate's answer was immediate.

"No. These are our babies and there is no way we are killing any of them," Kate said. "Are you sure?" Dr. Caldwell asked. "Yes," the couple said at the same time.

"Ok. Well now we have to talk seriously. Your pregnancy was already high-risk. Now it is even more high-risk. You will be seeing me every week. You will also have to be on desk duty immediately. However, you can interview in a safe and enclosed environment until week 16. Do you understand?" Dr. Caldwell asked. Kate nodded. "Well, then I only have one more thing to say to you. Congratulations! I'll see you next week!" With that, Dr. Caldwell handed the couple two ultrasound pictures and walked out of the room.

By the time the couple got home, they realized that they had left without telling Alexis that they wouldn't be there when she got home. She had spent the night at a friend's and was going to be home the next day. When Rick and Kate walked in their loft, they were greeted by Alexis standing by the door, a mad look on her face.

"No note! No call! No text! You both could have been kidnapped and no one would have ever known!" She yelled. The couple stood there, shocked at how upset Alexis was. Not shocked at how responsible she was, though. Then, it was Rick who spoke.

"We're sorry. We should have called. We do, however, have some news," he said. Alexis stood there, her face having changed, waiting to here what this news was. "We're pregnant!" Kate blurted out, too excited to wait another second for her husband to say it. The loft was then filled with Alexis's shrieks of joy, and the sound of her plowing into her parents with a hug. After a minute of hugs and laughter and shrieking with delight, Alexis asked the question the couple had been waiting to be asked.

"Wait, so where were you?" Alexis asked. "Oh! That's what we forgot. We were at the hospital. Before you get worried, nothing was wrong. She just was bleeding because there was a lot of stretching in her uterus, which is normal. The reason why that was is that Kate is pregnant with sextuplets!" Rick said. Alexis didn't move. Didn't know how. She was just so incredibly shocked that she didn't know how to respond. Once she picked her jaw up off the floor, she hugged her parents once again. They family went to sit on the couch.

They decided to watch a movie. They chose "The Little Mermaid", an old favorite of Alexis and Kate. They enjoyed the whole movie, and sang all the songs from the movie. After the movie was over, they chose another Disney movie. They spent the day watching Disney movie after Disney movie. It was a great family day to have after something scary and something very exciting.

A/N: Ok, I am not a doctor, so I do not know anything about this medical stuff except what I find through research or medical shows. Any wrong information is all mine, and I apologize for that. Enjoy!
