TROLLS: what if branch's brothers never left

For the last stop they arrived across a river of lava glitter with colorful stepping stones as their only way to the other side.

"Ok boys we're almost close I can fell it" Melody says.

"Finally" John says.

"It's about it" Bruce added as the other two groans.

"We just need to find the key to the prism and we'll be almost there"

"What? Oh no no no on, you said we would help you find you the harmonium prism, but you never said anything about finding a key" John says.

"Come on boys, where's your sense of adventure" rhythm says.

Then he sees branch bending down looking at the river.

"Whoa there careful there branch, you don't wanna touch this river"

"Why's that dad?" He asked.

"This is the raging river of glitter, one touch and it'll burn you to a crisp"

"Oh I see" branch nodded.

"What? Are you kidding dad?" John gets in his face.

"What?" He shrugs

"no way dad branch is not crossing that" Bruce says as he holds branch back.

"Well we can't cross it alone now can we?" Melody asked.

"But it's too dangerous for branch" Floyd says.

"Yeah that lava could hard boil any egg" Clay says.

Then looking down at the lava and at branch, poppy gets an idea.

"We're not crossing it and that's final" John says.

Then poppy shoves branch to the lava where he stumbles on the row of rocks trying not to fall in.

"Ah!"

"BRANCH!" His brothers panicked.

Then at the third stone to the other side branch lost his balance.

"AH!" Everyone panicked.

As he was about to fall, "hang on branch I'm coming" Clay says.

He steps back, jumps, he pushes branch out of the way and they rolled on the other side.

The two look at each other with concerned as the other brothers run from the other side of the lava to check on branch.

"You alright branch" Clay checks on him and touches his hair.

"Yeah I'm fine"

As poppy and their parents get to the other side, the guys turned to poppy glaring at her.

"Sorry" she smiles nervously.

"Poppy what were you thinking?" John asked.

"Yeah branch could've been hurt"

Then Melody picks up an old paper on the floor, he opens it and smiles and puts the final key in her pocket while facing the boys and poppy.

"Oh I like this one branch, she's fun, my son choose well" Melody says to poppy.

"Mom are you kidding branch could've been hurt" John spat at her.

"But did he get hurt, no no he didn't" melody smugly.

"That's not the point mom" Bruce says.

"You know what that it I had with you putting branch at risk here" Floyd accused their parents.
