Chapter Seven: The End Fight

We went in to the Stronghold. We didn't realize that when we got in it would alert The Hunters. By going in, a beacon of light showed The Hunters where we were. We had to find the Portal Room, fast, before The Hunters came. We found it just as The Hunters found the Stronghold.

We hurriedly put the Ender eyes in the portal frame. We jumped in just The Hunters found the room. Dream and me had gone over the plan many times but it was different in person than the way he explained it. I stopped to look around at The End. There was nothing here at all. Unlike the Nether which had some life, this place had none.

It was a wasteland, only endstone and void as far as the eye could see. There were some pliers of obsidian and on top of those pliers were healing crystals for the dragon. Dream turned to me and looked at me with fear in his eyes.

"Those (pointing at the crystals) were not there before" Before I could say anything, The Hunters came through and yelled at us to stop. We had to stop what we were doing and run. Me and Dream split up as the hunters ran after him. I was able to get five crystals before The Hunters started to run after me.

I pearled to a nearby pillar, and just as I got to the top, I fell off. I was able to MLG water clutch, but when I got to the bottom, I realized The Hunters had cornered me and dream against the pillar.

"Can I just explain-" I tried to said before Sapnap interrupted me.

"No" He said

"George I don't know why you sided with the bad guy but there is nothing you can say that makes this ok! I-" Then a goat horn cut him off. It was Tommy and his family. They had full diamonds and were running at us.

"Yes!!" I yelled then Sapnap turned around at looked at me scared. When they got to us Philza walked right up to Sapnap confidently and told him to move. Sapnap and the rest of The Hunters backed up scared.

"I thought you guys were not coming" I said.

"We were coming" Wilbur said

"We just had to get you guys this shiny stuff" Then he gave me and Dream diamond armor.

"Who are you," Sapnap asked scared.

"Does it matter when we're going to kill you?" Tubbo said with a side of himself that I had never seen. He scared me and he wasn't even mad at me. Then we cornered The Hunters against the same pillar that they had cornered me and Dream against. Then I turned to The Hunters and said

"They joined our side because unlike you they let me explain everything." Then I finally told The Hunters everything. For once I was not interrupted by someone and got to tell the whole story. When I got to the part about how people that have died so far would come back. Sapnap's eyes changed; he looked like I just slapped him.

When I was done talking, Bad was the first to speak.

"We didn't know that"

"I could tell" I said. Then Sapnap looked at The Hunters and then stepped forward and said

"Let me help. I'm sorry I tried to kill you and Dream, but please let me help I didn't know." Me and Dream looked at each other and nodded. One by one, the other Hunters said something along the same lines. And then finally after fighting each other for so long. We were finally on the same team, we introduced everybody to one another before finishing our mission to defeat the Ender Dragon.

We worked to break the last five pillars. It was easier with everybody's help. But it was still a hard job. Once we were done destroying the crystals, we turned our attention to the Ender Dragon, which Sam and Ant had been distracting the entire time while we were destroying the crystals.

Me, Sam, Ant, Tubbo and Tommy worked to shoot the Ender Dragon. While Dream, Sapnap, Phil, Bad and Wilbur ran in with swords and axes when it perched on the center pillar. After a long fight, the ender dragon finally was defeated. We heard it scream out it's dying cry. As it disintegrated before our eyes when it finally disappeared an egg appeared on the center of the middle pillar.

We were all confused, as none of us were expecting this.

"We don't need a another Dragon. Right?" I asked, looking at everyone. Dream agreed with me, and we decided to get rid of the egg. I picked it up, walked over to the edge of the island and threw the egg off. Then all of us walked back to the middle, where a portal had lit underneath the middle pillar.

We were just about to jump in when we realized we couldn't. Suddenly the godlike being appeared before us and he said out a message to everybody in the world, no matter where they were Nether, The End, the Overworld. They could hear what he said. Then he explained what had just happened. He explained how the ender dragon had just been killed by us.

He explained our stories, and why we have done what we've done, he explained about me and my change of heart, and how I switch sides. He explained about Tommy and his family. And finally about Dream, finally Dream's story got told. Once he was finished we were able to enter the portal and return home once and for all.

I just wanted to say sorry for not posting for a while. I saw none reading my book anymore and got discouraged. I had to remind myself that I am writing not for reads or votes my for my self. So I am back and I plan on writing more. I want to remind people that this is just book one. And this book is not even halfway done.

I also wanted to say that I know it is called the Dream Smp and we are not even on it yet but like I said this book is not even halfway done. So stay tuned! 😁
