Ryoko's POV
"Nee-san... did you see my red jacket..?" Arajin entered my room as I adjusted my shirt.
"I saw it on the dining table last night..." I replied, glancing over at Minato who was still asleep on the bed.
"Aaaarhh!!" Arajin screamed, pointing accusingly at his boss. "Oh, slept with the enemy huh... Nice one, Ryoko," Senya teased, giving me a playful wink.
I rolled my eyes at her remark. "Don't be ridiculous, Senya," I scoffed, trying to brush off the implication.
"Hmm.. shut up..." Marito groaned, snuggling deeper into my bed. "Get up already!" I yanked the blanket away, earning another groan from him.
"Hmm? Oh, Arajin... Good morning..." Marito greeted as he picked up his shirt and headed out.
"I hope you haven't forgotten what today is... See you two in school," he added in a serious tone before leaving.
"Today...? What's today...?" Arajin asked, looking confused as he glanced between Marito's retreating figure and me. I shrugged on my school jacket and walked out without replying.
Time Skip~~~
"Ryo-Nee... what are you thinking about?" In school, Matakara's voice pulled me out of my thoughts.
"Hmm, whether I should've brought condoms or not..." I replied nonchalantly.
"WHAT?!" Matakara exclaimed, clearly surprised, while Kenichiro, who was enjoying his tea in the training hall, choked on his drink.
"I said-- Hmpmm!!" Matakara covered my mouth with his hands.
"I heard what you said the first time, why do you need it?" he asked, his expression a mix of confusion and concern.
I glanced out the window before answering. "Let's just say I'm planning on distracting the king away from the war."
"Mou... you don't have to do anything, I've already told Ara-Chan to convince Minato-Kun," Matakara sighed, rubbing his temples in frustration.
"No..." Kenichiro interjected, rolling out a scroll that read, 'We're doing it for real this time.' Matakara bit his lip anxiously
As I turned to leave, I bumped into Arajin on the way. "So you knew about the war...?" he asked, his expression serious.
I nodded slowly. "Where are you going?" I inquired, noticing his troubled demeanor and he groaned. "Siguma hangout..."
"Don't worry too much... I'll be right outside," I reassured Arajin, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. His eyes brightened at the assurance.
"Nee-san~~ Daisuki...." he expressed his gratitude with a hug, and I chuckled. "Well, it's not like I had high expectations from Arajin in the first place," I teased lightly.
Outside of the the storage I glanced at my watch, realizing the urgency of the situation. "Oh, crap. We're out of time!"
"Um, Marito-san. I heard that you are preparing for hostilities with Minato..." Arajin started, his voice tinged with nervousness. "Yeah? So?" Marito responded sharply.
"Oh, nothing! It just sounds so fun!" My idiot brother replied gleefully, and I couldn't help but facepalm in exasperation. "What was I even expecting?" I groaned under my breath.
"Ara-teen, you want a Maji Kebab, too?" I peeped inside and saw Marito approaching my brother with a threatening aura.
"I actually just had a bento, so—" Arajin tried to refuse him, but the Maji Kebab was pressed against his cheeks, so he took it and ate it anyway.
