25. Recovery?

Y/n had been in a coma for three weeks now ...Lesso had not left y/n's bedside. The nurses wouldn't dare ask her to leave. They just let Lesso be. The Headmaster got Lesso a substitute teacher for all her classes, so she could stay with y/n. Lesso was in zero mood to teach. Her number one priority was y/n. Eventually the nurses brought an extra bed for Lesso to sleep on , so she wouldn't have to sleep in the chair. The nurses were also terrified of Lesso, so they played rock-paper-scissors to see who was gonna bring the extra bed in for Lesso.

One evening after all the students were in bed for the night, Dovey came in to check on y/n and Lesso. Dovey brought Lesso some fresh food from the kitchen, as well as some hot tea.

"Lesso honey, wake up .." Dovey kindly spoke.

Lesso still mostly asleep mumbled something.

"Hey honey I brought you food from the kitchen. And hot tea..." Dovey spoke not wanting to startle Lesso.

Lesso finally opened her eyes and sat up.

"How is y/n doing?" Dovey whispered.

" the same as usuall. The nurses came by earlier and changed y/n's bandages . The nurses gave y/n an x-ray .thank God her wings  weren't broken during the fight.y/n couldn't bare to be separated from her wings again."

Remembering the doom room incident Lesso's eyes began watering...

" hey... it's ok Leo... y/n forgave you, and knew you didn't mean it. Don't be so hard on yourself... when are going to see yourself the way y/n and I see you: confident,beautiful,loyal,powerful, and fearless 100%!" Dovey said .

"Thanks Dove... you always know the right words to say..." Lesso said .

"Oh and by the way, I heard the nurses talking about how scared they are of you..." Dovey said with a playful smile...

Lesso chuckled.

Lesso had finally finished all of her plate .. she drank her tea slowly, Which meant she really enjoyed it.

"Well.  You need to get some rest... come on let's get you to bed Leo..." Dovey said as she helped Lesso get  in bed and tucked her in. Dovey went back to her castle for the night.

Y/n was still in a coma. She could still hear everything . Her heart rate never spiked , as it always stayed at a calm rhythm, knowing that Lesso was by her bedside the entire time.

"Goodnight my love, Lesso whispered, as she kissed y/n and fell asleep...

I just love Lesso!!! Don't worry y/n will recover.. I bet Lesso didn't need a pillow to sleep on bc her hair is so puffy and soft lol..
