If I could throw my phone away I would
I'd love to take a hammer and smash it into nothing
I despise itIt puts on a show
You should be doing this
You should be looking like that
You need a whole ass closet full of name brand items
Wear less
Attract moreIt makes you feel bad for what you're doing right then and there
It brainwashes you to a point that you start taking less and less care of yourself
It creates a unrealistic image
If you're too skinny, you're a skeleton
Too big, no one is going to want youIt ruins love
Call me girly but
I want sex and then cuddle
Not do the deed and go back on your phone right after
After care is so so important
For both parties
Don't leave the other feeling used and discarded
That will lead to overthinking and eventually
It can kill the relationshipI've deleted most of my socials
TikTok? Almost a year since I've used it last
Instagram? I'll every once in a blue moon check in and then realize why I don't have it on my phone
Facebook I keep for family living all over the place
Snapchat? I only talk to three peopleSocial media these days ruins what is right in front of you
Just live in the moment
Live in the now
We are not meant for stupid little rectangles deciding our every move
