As Faith was sitting around with Blaine, waiting for Glee Club to start, she overheard Kurt and Brittany talking about his campaign but couldn't ask anything because Mr Schuster came in clapping.

''Alright, New Directions. Big news. As you all know, Vocal Adrenaline came in second last year at nationals.''

''The only good thing to come out of that lost weekend." That seemed to offend Rachel who lightly smacked him. "Besides us getting back together."

''Well, the boosters at Carmel don't donate tens of thousands of dollars every year to come in second, so they fired Dustin Goolsby."

"Their fan base is hardcore, even being on the team was vulnerable every second. The boosters would buy us everything, clothes, uniforms even a car. How do you think I got my car? Between the boosters and Shelby when I was there, It's insane." Faith shuddered thinking about the memory.

"Well, they're having trouble finding a new coach. It seems that no one wants to take on that pressure cooker. They're vulnerable. and if we work hard enough, we can beat them. Which is why I realize that, umm, I can't direct the musical this year.''

Everyone was shocked, Rachel was pissed but Faith was kind of neutral. She hadn't decided if she was going to do the show this year. She didn't do Rocky Horror last year and wasn't sure if there was a role in this one she would have wanted.

"No, Mr. Schue, you can't cancel the musical. My New York dreams depend on it."

"I'm not cancelling it. I'm just not directing it. My sole focus has to be here. Nationals, Nationals, Nationals! And it's not just me that's gonna have to focus harder this year. I've been too easy on you, so every day after choir practice I am instituting a mandatory Booty Camp so that we can work on our dancing. Now, it's not for all of you. Just the people that I think need help. Like -" Before Mr Schuester commented, Finn knew he was one of them.

"Finn..."

"How did you know? And Puckerman, Hummel."

"I Must Protest!"

"You kinda have one move, Kurt. It's like this sashay, and it's super distracting."

"Kurt, Just think of it as a rehearsal for your next Broadway show!" Kurt laughed with Faith before Mr. Schue kept naming people.

"Jones."

"What? Hell to the nizzy - no."

"You told me once that you were Beyonce. You don't think she spends extra time in the dance studio? Mike Chang has offered to be my assistant and we start tomorrow and yes, Puckerman, it is mandatory."

"Mr. Schuester, would you mind if I dropped by for a little bit? I really need to catch up with you guys.

"Mr. Schue, could I help out? I can't promise all the time but I've been looking to keep busy since...I just like dancing and would love to help." Faith pleaded

"Of Course Faith, we'd be happy to have you."

"Okay, Mr. Schue, I'm glad that you're so concerned with our special-needs members, but what about me? Okay, who's gonna direct the musical?"

"Ladies and gentlemen, your co-musical directors. Ms. Pillsbury and Coach Beiste. Now, Ms. Pillsbury did such a good job helping me out with Rocky Horror last year that I knew she could handle the job."

After Coach Beiste let everyone know she had roped the football guys into playing Jets, Rachel still didn't seem thrilled with the idea.

"Mr. Schue, with all due respect to Ms. Pillsbury and Coach Beiste, this is crazy - they have absolutely zero experience in directing a musical."
