As Faith was standing at her locker, she was currently on the phone with her brother. Kurt was telling her all about his interview he had later on in the day and Faith had to admit, she was happy to be on speaking terms with him again.

"I just don't want to go too big. I mean, I'm in New York where flashy is good but for a job interview? I don't know Faye.''

"Okay but Kurt, it's for vogue.com obviously it's not like a normal job interview. Pull out all the stops for this internship. Did you bring your broach with you? The one with the hippo sticking out of it?" Faith reasoned.

"We don't think that's too much?''

''Okay, Kurt, I'm saying this because I love you and also because I'm in a time crunch because I'm still in school. You have a meeting with Isabel Wright. She's a fashion icon. So is Kurt Hummel. Pull out all the stops. Whatever you think is over the top, times it by a million and you have a Vogue approved outfit.''

"Thanks Faith...I seriously don't know what I would do without you.''

"You would be very lost my friend, remember before we were on speaking terms and you pretended to have a crush on Rachel? You'd be living like that for the rest of your life had you not been graced with the presence of a Faith Hudson.''

"Ugh, I love and miss your questionable humour. How was practice?''

"Well, more stressful now that I'm the only captain but for some reason, Coach Sue is going really nicely on me. I think she's taking pity on the fact that I have to retake my senior year, but I'll take it where I can get it."

Before their conversation could continue, the bell rang signalling Faith was late for glee club.

''Crap, Kurt, I have to go. Glee Club. But, good luck with your interview. They would be dumb not to have you."

"Love you, I'll call you after."

After Faith returned the sentiment, she quickly made her way to the Glee Club where Sam was holding a seat for her next to him.

"Hey baby, why are you late?" Sam asked while kissing Faith's Temple.

"I had a meeting with Coach Sue after practice, then I went and grabbed something to eat because I really wasn't feeling well. And then I talked to Kurt up until the bell rang."

"Oh Faye, you didn't feel well? Are you okay? Do you need the doctor?" Sam word-vomited.

"Sam, chill, I just didn't eat before practice this morning. I was up all night...thinking." She smiled softly.

"What was keeping you up?" he asked, growing concerned.

Before Faith could answer, Mr Schuster came in to start the Glee meeting.

"Okay, as you all know, as national champions we get to host the annual show choir rules committee meeting." He started.

"Please tell me you're going to ask what 1/3 vintage meant last year?" Tina joked.

"Or like, why do some teams get to sing six songs and other ones only do one?" Sam asked, genuinely confused.

Faith laughed slightly before thinking about her question.

"It never made sense to me how us and vocal adrenaline would both go to Nationals when we're both in the same region. I mean, wouldn't it make sense for us to be competing at the regional level against each other?"

It was true. If vocal adrenaline and the new directions were in the same area, they should be participating against each other in regionals to essentially send the best glee club in Ohio to Nationals. That's what faith thought at least.
