As Faith was sitting in the back of the choir room before Glee Club, she was talking to Blaine.
"Blainey, you okay?" The Hudson girl noticed Blaine still wasn't himself. It had already been a few weeks but he was still off.
"I feel like everything's going wrong. I don't mean to sound heavy but, I can't believe I did to your brother what I did. And I can't believe you're not angry at me over it."
Faith's eyes softened. She knew this probably wasn't the place to talk to Blaine about this, but she needed him to know she was there.
"Blaine, you and Kurt's relationship had nothing to do with me. Just like you're still friends with me and Sam after our argument. One thing I've learned, life is too valuable to spend time arguing. I was pregnant. In New York, the tension between Sam and I, it was because we didn't know how to handle it. I spent too much time arguing over how to handle the baby that I didn't get to enjoy the thought of having one. I lost the baby and that's why I hid out. So, I can be mad at you over how you treated Kurt. You can be mad at yourself. But don't let it overtake you. I love you. Kurt loves you. And that's why it hurts him. Just give it time, at this point all you can say is "I'm sorry."
Blaine didn't know what to say. Somehow, Faith always knew exactly what to say. He was shocked about the baby and so instead of saying anything, he rested his head on her shoulder.
"I love you little Hudson." Blaine said softly.
"We're twins, Blaine Warbler."
Their moment was interrupted by Mr Schuster standing in front of the class.
"All right guys, listen up. I have an announcement to make-" he was cut off by Brittany offering up an idea.
"Adele is dead." she said. Some Panic evident in her voice.
"No." Mr. Schue responded. "I have been asked to join a blue ribbon panel to rewrite the Arts curriculum Nationwide."
Everyone was surprised but quick to offer a congratulations to their teacher.
"I'll be taking a short sabbatical, which means I'm leaving McKinley at the end of the week." He said, leaving everyone in a panicked frenzy, mostly Tina.
"What? This is crazy!" She exclaimed.
"But glee club is your life." Artie pointed out.
"Mr. Schue, isn't that irresponsible? I mean we are so close to the musical and Sectionals..." Faith added.
"Which is why this is only temporary. I'll be back right after sectionals." He announced.
Faith's eyes shot open. Tina, clearly still the most outspoken.
"Wait...after sectionals?! What?!" She yelled.
"Mr. Schue, you can't be serious." Sam stated.
"Guys, guys calm down. Look, I knew I needed to find a replacement, which is why I brought in Finn Hudson." Mr. Schue nodded to where Finn was standing, to his right.
Nobody seemed pleased, even Faith was holding in some laughter.
"Mr. Schue, Finn cannot take over Glee Club. He doesn't know what he's doing at all. Sorry Finn!" Tina stated all in a single breath.
"Guys, I know I can do this. And I've got some really great ideas for sectionals." Finn spoke lightly, like he was walking on eggshells.
"We'll all be dead by then!" She shouted.
As the room broke into arguments, Faith's stifled laughter stopped when she looked up and saw the panic on her brother's face.
"QUIET!" She yelled as she stood, the arguing coming to a halt. "Although it wouldn't be my first choice. Finn has brought all of us together to do Grease. And he's done a damn good job. So, give him some grace. And this isn't me being biassed as his twin. I think you guys should give him a chance." She said to her fellow members before turning to Finn. "But if any of those ideas look like you telling your girlfriend's parents she's pregnant through singing 'You're having my baby', I'm quitting on the spot." Faith sarcastically smiled before sitting down again.
