Monstro

[Gummi Ship]

Niji was driving the ship while Donald and Goofy were in the back.

"What is that?" The trio looked at the creature in front of them. "Whoa! It's very big!" It went passed them. "It's a giant whale!" "It's Monstro! He's a whale of a whale, and vicious besides!" Monstro passed them again. "Whoa! Niji, get us out of here!" "Too late, Donald!" Monstro swallowed them.

"Did we make it?"

The trio were surrounded by sand and an oasis.

"Looks like it." Tulip smiled and looked around. "It's very pretty. Peaceful, too." The trio turned to see Heartless appear. "Not anymore, I guess." She summoned her training Keyblade. "We just got here!" Eraqus summoned his. "They've gotta be Heartless!" The other boy did as well.

They battled and won.

Tulip looked at her friends and smiled. "We are so good for first timers. Right, Eraqus? ...?"

"Knock it off!"

Niji groaned and stood up. She rubbed her eyes and turned around. She went over to Donald and Goofy. Goofy turned to look behind him. "Hey, Niji. Are you ok?" "Yeah, but what are you doing?" She gasped as she dodged an item that fell at her. "Uh, ya know, I think that big ol' whale Monstro just swallowed us. And for today's weather: expect showers." An item bounced off Goofy's shield. "Heavy showers!" "Hey! Who's there?!" "It's me!" "Oh, it's just Pinocchio. Pinocchio?!" Jiminy jumped onto her shoulder. "Pinocchio?" Pinocchio walked away. "Pinocch, where are you going? Pinocch! Come on, everybody! After him! Quick!"

The trio swam to the boat.

"What have you got there, Pinocchio?" "With this, we can get out of here, father." "Really? With this big block? You think so?" "It's true." "How did you get here from Traverse Town, Pinocchio?" "Oh, my. So the whale swallowed all of you, too? My goodness." "Yep." "My name is Geppetto. I'm Pinocchio's father. When we got separated, I travelled all over, looking forr him. Thank goodness we're together again." Geppetto picked up the block and took it towards the bed. "So, you seem to know Pinocchio quite well. I hope he was a good boy in my absence. Well, we've all had quite a journey. Right, Pinocchio? Pinocchio?"
"Donald, Goofy, stay with Geppetto. I'll go get Pinocchio." "Quack! Are you-" "It won't take long." Niji smiled and went off alone.

"Pinocchio, there you are. We should stay by the boat. It's not the time for games right now." Niji turned around and started to walk back. "But, Niji, I thought you liked games." She stopped and turned. "Or are you too cool to play them now that you have the Keyblade?" "Riku? You managed to get here?" "Yeah. I'm playing with Pinocchio." "Couldn't you do that by the boat? Also, did you find Kairi?" "Maybe. Catch us and maybe I'll tell you what I know." Riku grabbed Pinocchio's hand and went off. "You know I'm not as fast as you!" She ran after them.

[Riku]

"Why do you still care about that girl? She has all but deserted you for the Keyblade and her new companions, after all."

Riku faced Maleficent. "We shared a paopu together. She wouldn't just forget about me. Also, she left them behind to look for Pinocchio herself. She is not fully out of my reach." "She must be very special to you." "More than anything. I'll get her on our side. Just you watch."

Maleficent walked away.

[Niji]

Niji ran after Pinocchio, who ran away. "Riku!" She jumped up and went to him. She got in front of him. "What's the matter with you? Why are you acting weirdly?" "You should know the answer to that, Niji." She frowned, "Riku..."

Pinocchio screamed. The duo rushed in to see him trapped in a Heartless.
Riku looked at her. "You ready for this?" Niji smiled at him and nodded. "I'm always ready!" The two fought the Heartless and it tossed Pinocchio into a hole. They jumped in right after.

Niji got to Donald and Goofy. "Pinocchio! Pinocchio! Please! Give me back my son!" "Sorry, old man. I have some unfinished business with this puppet." "He's no puppet! Pinocchio is my little boy!" "He is unusual. Not many puppets have hearts. I'm not sure, but maybe he can help someone who's lost theirs." "Kairi lost her heart?!" "Yes..." Riku walked off.

The trio ran after him.

"Riku... you can't take Pinocchio away!" Riku turned to the trio. "A puppet that's lost its heart to the Heartless... maybe it holds the key to helping Kairi. How about it, Niji? Let's join forces to save her! We can do it together!" He started walking over to her. She went over to him and hugged him tightly. "I would love that more than anything..." "But?" She pulled away. "You're hurting people, Riku. What would Terra and Aqua say if they saw this?" He looked away. "Strength to protect the things that matter... don't I matter to you anymore?" He clenched his fists. "Niji..." "We're on opposite sides, Riku... you're working with the bad guys. Look back on what you did here." He looked at her. "Niji... I'm sorry... it was the only way to find Kairi. They found her..." "Sorry, Riku, but I can't go. I'm needed still. Please understand."

Riku looked away, "do you even still care?" "Of course I do! You're my best friend! We shared a paopu together! We're not supposed to be against each other!" She shed tears and he looked shocked. "Niji... I'm sorry. Come to Hollow Bastion. That's where we are." She smiled a bit and nodded. "I'll be there." They turned to see Pinocchio running towards Donald and Goofy, just fine. "He's ok, Riku. See?" She smiled at him. He frowned and nodded. "Kairi though..." She frowned now. ""Look out!"" They looked up and jumped out of the way. The Heartless had followed them.

The four took it out together.

Niji looked at Riku as the whole place started to freak out. "Come with us, Riku! It would be better!" She held out her hand. Riku looked at her hand then grabbed it. They all ran out of there. They got into the Gummi Ship and Monstro sneezed them out.
