a blue portal opened up, five, y/n, lila, and the briefcase appeared, crashing down onto a bookcase with pained grunts.

"shit."
"shoo!"

lila pushed five away from her, making him land on y/n, elbowing her abdomen.

"OW!"
"sorry."
"get off of me!"
"hey- ow!"
"GET OFF!"

y/n then pushed him off, holding her stomach in pain afterwards.

"where have you been?" viktor asked the trio as five stood up.

"facing my mortality, viktor. i don't recommend it." he said as he assisted y/n up.

"you had the briefcase? we've been looking for this!" allison yelled angrily as she went towards the object.

"well, look no further. that's the last one on earth. or was the last one." five said as he looked closely at the steaming and damaged box.

allison scoffed and went to the stairs to sit in frustration while five crouched and examined the briefcase more, "yeah, that's toast. oh shit, alright."

y/n wobbled her way over to luther, the two immediately wrapping each other in a hug.

"hey, y/n. you okay?"
"oh, sure, never better."

y/n winced in slight pain, making luther pull away and check her for any cuts.

"luther, i'm fine. stop acting like a scared mother." y/n laughed at her brother.

"sorry, just..." luther looked at her new necklace and bracelet, "where are those from? did five get you those?"

y/n looked down at them and shook her head, "no, no, uh..." she looked up at luther with a smile, "wes gave them to me."

luther eyes went wide as a smile reached his own lips, "wes? like wesley, your son, wes?" he questioned, earning a nod. "that's amazing!" he hugged her tightly.

the girl hugged back and giggled, "yeah, met him and his wife our, technically, second day here."

"that's awesome, y/n." luther pulled away and smiled at her as she just simply nodded again and walked back to five.

five looked at her with furrowed brows, "you found your son?" he asked.

"yeah." y/n smiled a bit.

"so that old guy that gave you this." he pointed to the necklace, "that was-"

"wesley, yes." she nodded, "i went to go see him while you and klaus went on your little road trip turned world ending discovery."

five sighed, "you hid this from me, why?"

"what?" y/n asked with furrowed brows, slightly surprised.

"why didn't you tell me? you hid it from me." five put his hands into his pockets.

y/n scoffed and laughed a bit, "wait, you're actually mad about this?" her smile dropped, "five, you can't be serious right now."

the boy sighed once more, "we'll talk about this later." he mumbled before looking at luther and diego, "hey, chatty cathys," he made a talking motion with his hand before making it stop, "quit the chit-chat, alright?" he turned to everyone, "i'm calling a family meeting here." he looked around again, "where's klaus?"

"i'll be right back." diego said before running off.

"don't leave me with your-" lila started.

"dieg- lost another. great." the boy said as he watched his brother leave.
