Dean's pov

Evie sat between Si and I, eyes glued to the TV as she watched Scooby Doo. She babbled along to the theme song.

"Dean?" Si asked.

"Hmm?"

"Don't panic--"

"If you say don't panic, I'm gonna panic." I said, worry eating at my heart as I sat up. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing's wrong, it's just...I'm having the baby."

My eyes went wide. "Now?"

"No, tomorrow. Yes, now." Si replied with an eye roll.

"Uh, okay, just...stay calm." I stood up.

"I am calm."

"Well, stay that way." I said, helping her to her feet.

"Mm-hm, are you calm?" She asked, gripping my hand tightly.

"Totally."  I lied.

"Mm-hm."

Saige gripped my hand, her nails biting into my skin though I didn't mind one bit. She shut her eyes tightly. Suddenly, a shrill cry pierced the air and Si's grip went lax on mine. My heart skipped a beat as a baby was placed on her chest. I couldn't help but stare dumbfounded at the sight before me.

A tear slipped from the corner of Si's eye.

I pressed a kiss to her head. "You're an amazing woman, angel."

The next forty-five minutes passed in a blur until things calmed down. All the doctors and nurses finally left us alone for a moment. I sat by Si's bed, staring down at my son. My son.

The thought alone was...surreal.

"I think I'm gonna cry again." Saige laughed quietly from beside him.

"No, baby, don't cry." I reach out to brush my thumb across her cheek.

"Just...watching you with Evie, now this..." She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. I just...I love you."

"I love you too." I whispered.

Saige's pov

I just watched as Dean cradled Wyatt in his arms. The door creaked open, making me look over. Sam walked in, holding the door for Millie as Evie tried to jump from his arms.

"Sammy." She whined.

Sam sighed, crossing the room. "How you feeling, Saige?"

"Wonderful." I answered, smiling softly.

Sam placed Evie down on her feet, following as she moved closer. He lifted her up to sit next to me. "Careful." He told her as she slid closer.

"Tanks, Sammy." Evie beamed up at him.

"She was trying to beat me up ten minutes ago." He muttered. "You're welcome."

"It was very entertaining." Millie nodded along.

Sam moved to sit on the couch by the window next to Dean. "You're quiet."

"He has been for about an hour." I said. "I think he's in shock." I joked.

Sam laughed a little.

"Ha, ha." Dean gave me a look as he carefully handed Wyatt over to his brother. "Sammy, meet your nephew, Wyatt Robert Winchester."
