"Guys there's this art exhibition on 30th April, and you both are going to accompany me" Yeri says, placing down the tray of food before taking her seat.

"I'm up for it" Mingyu replied, nodding his head after he took a spoon of rice.

"Yah you fucker don't chew with an open mouth" Yeri hounded, making a disgusting face.

Mingyu just made a face at her and started to eat his food now with a close mouth. She looked at taehyung still waiting for his response.

"I don't think so yeri, I'm quite busy with my work you know the fashion show date is just around the corner there is still so much left I don't want to risk anything this is my dream opportunity" Taehyung denied while glancing up at her.

"Yeah we get it after all you are representing our country and culture internationally, we are proud of you tae" Mingyu says delighted he lifted his one hand to pat taehyung's head.

Yeri looked at this and a small smile formed on her lips "it's okay tae but I just wanted you to get some rest, from the last two weeks you are not getting an ounce of sleep, see your eyebags are literally begging you".

"So I just thought this is the best opportunity to get some air" She added with worry in her eyes.

Taehyung looked down, toying with his food now after all yeri is not wrong he's literally working his ass off for this project, not getting enough sleep plus avoid eating properly.

"But yeri...still he looks beautiful" Mingyu exclaimed sensing the tension in the air but the way he was looking at taehyung stirred something in yeri's heart.

She cleared her throat to gain their attention and stated "but tae you are literally Creative Director for the sake of holy spirit, you can just assign the work to your department team and just look after it when neede-"

"I know yeri but this is not just a work for me it's my dream project I want to do everything with my heart I want to give it my all and as an omega with all this societal norms you know how hard it is,---

" I just didn't want to messed it up" Taehyung completed his sentence still looking at her searching in her eyes if she really understand what he wants to say.

But where's the lie though? Omegas face multifaceted challenges gender disparities, inequality and violence too, omegas are not considered equal to betas and alphas. They face discrimination in almost every place whether at work place or at home.  According to society their only job is to look after children and do household chores that's it that's what they take birth for, they suffer their whole life to please the judgemental society.

But there are few who wants to prove their potential and break the judgemental norms created by the society who wants to prove that omegas are no less than betas and alphas it's just they need freedom, freedom to fly and explore.

And Kim Taehyung is one of them.

"Okay guys chill, yeri you and taehyung both are right here" Mingyu says, raising his hands in air to calm the situation.

He then turned towards taehyung and took his hands in his own and said calmly "tae, yeri here just wanted you to take a breathe, you are pressuring yourself beyond your capability and that's not good at all you need to give time to yourself too"

"I know it's very important to you but that doesn't mean you'll keep ignoring other important things so please try to understand what we are trying to say" Mingyu continues, stroking the back of his hand with his thumb softly.

Yeri looked at the whole interaction and something ugly sat in her heart, she ignored the feeling and tried to smile when both taehyung and mingyu looked at her.
