"I don't care, if we said it I would have nothing left to hide and he would no longer be able to blackmail us!" - Angel told me in a euphoric tone

"Val would kill you...or at least that son of a bitch would try! DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND IT AT ALL ANGEL!?"- I reminded him

We had finally arrived at the hotel, the girls were waiting for us inside and as soon as we entered they filled us with questions. Charlie was almost trembling from the fright we had given her; she threw herself at me, hugging me, but my gaze was directed only and exclusively at Anthony, but he looked in a completely different direction, and then left shortly after to go in his room, while I was forced to remain at the counter to "make up for the lost time of today".
