I woke up to the tormenting but beautiful sun rays in my face. Soon I felt something I recognized instantly. I felt his scent, his body, his presence. I knew it was Carlos. I turned around, outstretching my arms to feel a bit more awake. My arms accidentally hit his face. I heard him hiss and his face twitched but it seems like I didn't interrupt his sleep. I quietly got up but stopped to the sound of his voice.
"Where are you going."
I turned around to see his eyes closed and his arms at the back of his head. It's hot knowing he can tell where I go.
"How did you know?"
He chuckled and opened his eyes
"I can read your energy Evie. I know yours very well."
He got up and walked up to me.
"I have energy?" He rolled his eyes
"For someone SO smart you act like you don't know these things just because I'm a demon." He caressed my cheek.
"Hey! That's not true." I crossed my arms
He laughed and kissed my cheek
"You do realize you're supernatural. And even if you weren't, we all have energy."
He touched my chest and something flared up in me. He gently rubbed his finger around my chest in circles.
"That's energy."
"Well can you easily detect Mal, Jay, Ben, Chad and the others energy."
"Yes. But not as easily as yours." He smiled
"That's why you knew about your brother you know his energy well?"
He flared up by the question but calmed down.
"Yes. I've known him all my life. I know his energy better than anyone."
He walked past me and hoped in the shower. He immediately went out, put on his clothes and sped past me. He looked back at me, waiting for me to into the shower. I hoped in and put on the most random clothes. He looked at me weirdly at first but just chuckled.
"Come on you can do better." I groaned and went back in

I walked by out and he smiled.
"That's my girl."
I blushed and followed him out. We went to the open field and saw everyone there. Well Mal, Jay, Ben and Uma. I looked at him confused.
"Well I'm glad you all came." He clapped his hands together
"Carlos what's going on?" Ben asked
"Well I need you all fight ready for when my brother shows up."
"You mean Draven."
He rushed towards Ben and grabbed him. He then threw him on the floor.
"Yes Draven. Don't you EVER say his name again."
Ben nodded and walked to everyone. His eyes stopped on Mal
"I know you're strong and you're capable but these demons they don't stop."
He moved closer
"Ever."
Mal seemed uninterested and bored.
"Since it's just me here.."
"I brought my buddies over here."
We all turned in the direction of them, there was four. They walked out with beaming red eyes ready to pounce any moment. They had this devilish grin that wasn't friendly. We were all terrified now even Mal.
"You can't be serious." Uma said
"Oh I'm serious."
I looked at him with concern and doubt. He looked at me and smirked. He mouthed:
"You'll be fine."
That assured me a bit but I was still terrified. They all took there places and I thought Carlos was going to fight Mal, but he went up to me. I was shocked I thought since Mal is the strongest out of all of us, he would fight her.
"Me?"
"I wanna see how you do on the battlefield." He winked
Even at this moment I managed to blush. What is wrong with me?! He clearly noticed the panic on my face so he grabbed my hands.
"You'll be fine, princess."
"Can't I just use my magic instead?" I said nervously
I slowly backed up hoping he wouldn't notice but he rolled his eyes and dashed towards me. My eyes widened as he picked me up in his arms and pressed my against the tree. He pressed his whole body on me and I felt great pain.
"Don't fight it or pay attention to it."
He pressed a little harder
"Just ignore it. Let it in."
The more he pushed, the more pain I felt. But behind it I felt wet and aroused. I let out a soft moan imagining all the things he could be doing to me rn. He clearly heard so he put his hand in my pants and my panties. I moaned again and grinded on his groin. He groaned and his finger went deeper in me. Our lips were so close and all I wanted was to feel them on mine. But I noticed he was in a deep trace as if he couldn't look away. I touched his face and kissed his cheek. His eyes flashed again like it did the nights before. I smirked and used this opportunity to win. I used my magic to lift up off the ground and dropped him to his feet. He looked up at me and smiled. He got up and took my hand.
"I'm proud of you. Ofc using your charms. And your magic."
He kissed my cheek and we looked at the others. Mal was beating the shit out of her guy and was looking bored as always. Jay used his magic to fend him off and defend himself. Ben used his inner beast to take him out while Uma used her inner strength to defeat him. Carlos clapped his hands and everyone stopped.
"Well you all proved me wrong, especially Ben."
We all laughed but he just rolled his eyes.
"You all are good fighters but can you handle a army?"
We all looked at each other. Suddenly, his face twitched once more and his eyes shone bright red. I looked into his eyes and saw his reflection, Draven'.
