Me and Mal woke up. We were on our phones and we planned on staying in today but then we got an email. School was back?! I was thrilled by the news, Mal on the other hand was not. She couldn't stop groaning. I laughed and she flopped on the bed, still groaning. I took her hand to lead her in the bathroom but she refused.
"I'm not going."
She said but her voice was muffed so I couldn't really hear.
"What?"
She looked back at me and shouted:
"I'm not going!!"
She stuffed her head in the pillow. I sat next to her.
"Can we not go to school today?"
"No. We have to and you can't say no."
I crossed my arms and she raised a brow.
"No, no, no, no, no, no, No!!!!"
"Okay maybe you can."
She smiled, thinking she was victorious
"But you're still going."
I got up and took her hand. She shook her head and groaned.
"I don't wanna."
"We have to."
She groaned trying to think of an excuse.
"I'm sick."
She fake coughed into her arm but I shook my head.
"But-But... uh Carlos is gonna be there. You really wanna be in the same room as Carlos Eves."
She smirked. She had a point. I really didn't but I snapped out of it and dragged her out of bed. She sighed and I pushed her in the bathroom. When she was groaning, I already showered and brushed my teeth.
15 minutes later, she came out and we both put on our clothes.
