INTRODUCTION TO TORAH
It is said by the Hebrew Sages, particularly those in the order of the Melchizedek Priesthood, (Levitical Priest) that the life of humankind rests upon three pillars of truth: Torah is our conduct toward YHVH; our acts of kindness toward Mankind and His Creation.
These three pillars are the foundations of life. However, before the creation of life, Hebrew sages believed that the Torah was the first of seven fundamental concepts that preceded the creation of life. The Torah served as Y'shua as the architect's instrument in building YHVH's creation.
Therefore, the Torah represented YHVH's master plan for the construction of life. According to the ancient tradition of the Hebrews, YHVH consulted the Torah during the six days of creation, following its guidance step by step in the process of creation, according to the plan that had already been laid out within His thoughts.
The sages believed that YHVH brought into existence seven essential concepts for the functioning of life, and they are as follows:
1. ARAVOTH- the Throne of Glory where YHVH dwells as master and King of Creation. Torah - His Instructions for life to walk righteously.
2. TESHUVA - Repentance to return from the path of death and walk according to YHVH's design for us.
3. EDEN- a place of Paradise on Adamah where creation can commune with YHVH.
4. SHEOL- the foundation of Adamah, where He constructed abodes for the souls of men till the day of judgment.
5. TEMPLE- where YHVH's Shekinah can dwell with humanity to pour out wisdom and truth.
6. Y'SHUA- YHVH's Salvation, the first light of creation, who brings order from chaos.
Life was created with the sole purpose of learning Torah and living by its principles to achieve selfless love. Teshuva was created to sustain our existence by allowing for repentance and are turn from our acts of transgression.
A life without Teshuva would result in destruction in the presence of YHVH's Glory on judgment day, devoid of mercy due to our selfish intentions. Without YHVH's Grace, Y'shua, we are truly lost and we all have fallen short of His Glory. (Romans 3:23)
The Father of Creation's love for me and you is such a fathom to understand completely; for His steadfast love never ceases; his mercies never come to an end, they are new every morning, great is YHVH's faithfulness.
So as we can see, His justice and mercy are well-balanced from the very foundation of creation so we the human being in the image of our Father can be Echad (one) with our Creator Aravat YHVH our Father of Creation. The Torah scrolls is the oldest and most sacred of all Israel's scriptures, consisting of five books.
These book are the Torah, especially when in scroll format, the Five Books of Moses are the foundation of Life the instructions how to co exist with our neighbors, the animal and plant life along with the creatures of life in ground and water. But most importantly with our Elohim.
Until this very day, the text—which is written in Hebrew—has been carefully preserved by the Hebrew people. It is also known as the Chumash and Pentateuch (related to the respective Hebrew and Greek words for "five").
As the titles of their name indicates, the Books were written by Moses, as dictated by YHVH Himself. The Hebrew people see every letter and every nuance as a sacred communication from YHVH, rife with significance and meaning.
The Torah is the mitzvahs (instruction of life)along with the ten words which has been westernized as the ten commandments that shape the life of the called out believers everywhere through out the nations.
