Patrick's pov:
I was filming the Disney film enchanted when i got a call from a unknown number.
Patrick: hello?
?: hello, this is dr.Kim, calling about your girlfriend brooke.
Patrick: what happened to her?
?: she got stabbed and she is in the hospital the closest to you.
Patrick: do you know why she was in manhattan New York?
?: I think she was coming to see you I guess.
Patrick: I wil be there as soon as I can.
?: great, see you soon.
Producer: okay everyone we finished filming for the day.
Patrick pov: I'm in a taxi driving to the closest hospital and I'm thinking about Brooke and how we first met on a set of grey's anatomy because she was auditioning for a part in grey's anatomy but she didn't get the role but she did get a role in a different series what shonda(the maker) is planning in two months time.
At the hospital(three hours later)
Dr.Kim: Anyone here for Brooke denzel.
Patrick(stands up): is she ok?
Dr.Kim: she's ok, you can see her if you want too.
Patrick: of course I want to see her.
Dr.Kim: okay follow me.
Patrick's pov:
I follow the doctor to brooks room and when I see her and immediately grab a chair and I just hold her hand and when the doctor leaves I softly rub her head with my hand to keep her calm even if she's asleep.
Brooks pov: I feel so sore in my stomach it's like I got stabbed again but suddenly I feel someone holding my hand and saying" Brooke please wake up, I need you" and then I feel a hand on my head when I finally know who it is and it's patrick(the sweetest boyfriend ever)
Patrick: brooke, I'm here now.
Patrick feels his hand being squeezed softly.
Brooke wakes up and Patrick says...
Patrick: hey...
Brooke: hey.....
Patrick: I'm just glad your okay.
Brooke: of course.
A lawyer walks in and says...
Lawyer: are you Patrick dempsey?
Patrick: yes that's me.
Lawyer: you ex wife just died and child protective services says that your the father of Alisha Dempsey, is that true?
Patrick: yes that's true.
Lawyer: I guys she should be here in like three hours.
The lawyer leaves and Brooke says...
Brooke: that has a twist to it I guess.
Patrick: yeah that's a definitely a second level to twists in life.
*three hours later a little girl about seven years old walks in the room*
Patrick: hi sweetie.
Alisha: hi daddy, who's this?
Patrick: this is Brooke.
Brooke: hi Alisha.
Alisha: hi Brooke
