"Argh, why is the queue not moving? We've been waiting here for hours!" I said with a clear annoyance in my voice.
"Ayo bro, chill! Just patiently wait for your turn, you'll eventually get your turn in this evaluation some time later. But yeah, they should've gotten more evaluators since there's a ton of athlete's here on our campus" paul who's my team mate said.
Being an athlete is literally annoying, if I wasn't here for a scholarship, I wouldn't even be waiting here for a crap athlete's evaluation. As soon as I finish college, I ain't doing anymore sports.
After hours of waiting to get my turn, I finally got in to the evaluation room. I got in there with a tall, blonde, blue eyed girl. "She's probably a basketball player since she's pretty tall" I uttered to myself.
When I got to my seat, the evaluator asked me some questions about swimming, which is my sport. I answered her confidently.
After the evaluation I extended my hand to grab the door handle, but all of a sudden a soft hand touched mine. I felt a tingly feeling in my stomach, but I set it aside to look who touched my hand.
It was the girl, the tall, blonde, and blue eyed girl who touched my hand. I got even more nervous when I knew who it is.
"Oh crap, sorry" the girl said with a chuckle.
"No, you're fine" I said.
"Huh? I'm fine?" She jokingly said.
"I mean, it's fine. You don't need to worry" I replied.
"I know, I know" she said, and chuckles after.
After that, she offered to open the door for me.
I thanked her and said "goodbye".
"Goodbye, see you around campus!" She said.
My mind can't forget about what she said, her voice repeatedly plays on my mind.
I sat on a bench beside the evaluation room to wait for my team mates. Then a familiar figure starts coming into my way.
